Hood release in the cab and/or locking hood
Bigger motor, either a turbo V6 or 5.7 V8
10 speed auto transmission
More gear choices - 4.56/4.88 etc
Option for a solid roof - I really don't care if the roof comes off, would like a little quieter ride in crosswinds.
Powered rear sliding window
Front driver and passenger one-touch up windows - does it down, why the hell not up?

I'm happy with my '21 Gladiator. Things I would like though.
Locking Gas Door. As to this most cars or at least most cars I have owned and currently own don’t have a locking cap.

*Someone posted adding another click back on the Driver's seat for more leg room. I'll take that also! I completely agree on the seat adjustments but I found once I added my seat riser( granted I never should’ve had to do this or have to had add a dead pedal) I found it more leg roomer with the riser.

I would like the seats to be mounted
lower.

For those that need it higher, we have the height adjustment. I don’t think anybody runs out of height adjustment, but many run the seats as low as they can go.

  • More headroom (I'm 6'3 and with the seat all the way down my head hits the soundbar and underside of the hard top).
  • No chrome trim on the steering column. When the sun hits the top of the steering column it reflects on the windshield where I look out and obstructs my view.
  • More range on the adjustable mirrors (again, I'm tall and I have to duck down to look out of the side mirrors).
  • TURN DOWN THE DAMN RINGER VOLUME. Holy hell- when I get a call the ringer blares through the radio and scares the piss out of me.
  • Flush tailgate when open. The current tailgate is about an inch taller than the bed when open which isn't compatible with most bed-mounted fridge slides.
  • Larger glove box.
  • Wider windshield defrost air throw. Ice builds up on the sides of the windshield and the wipers can't clear it away.
  • Bring back the map lights mounted on the rear view mirror. I miss that from my '13 JK.
  • Tighter soft top that doesn't rattle on the highway.

A cool feature would be for the truck tailgate to have a touch sensitive unlock option like the driver and passenger door. I'm always having to dig the key out of my pocket.
I agree. Coming from a Ram 1500, I do miss that. Touching one of the front door handles on my Mojave as I walk to the tailgate to unlock is now the norm for me. No digging for the key.

All have probably been mentioned by now but:

1. Hurricane engine
2. Cooled seats instead of just heated
3. Frameless windows for the doors (doubt they would do this since it would make half doors obsolete)
4. Power rear sliding window

Next time your phone rings turn the volume down on your radio. It's adjustable.
