Have not felt quite so bad in many years.

Fuck it. Curing it with Bourbon, Honey and some good Schneider beer(Bavarian beer, can recommend tap 7/6 if you can find it, they export a lot)

I wish I could sleep. That is what I normally go for. I can't sleep. Get cold, get warm. Temperature. Headache. Dizzy as all heck. Caught something fierce, that is for sure. The problem with me is that it goes straight to my lungs. Either I am good in a few days or in hospital with a bronchitis. I don't do in between.
