Yeah, I'd imagine the tight curves would be a major PITA to get perfectly smooth. I can barely put a sticker on a window without fighting with bubbles!

Thanks. There are other pieces I can do, fairly small. But def a reason a business is in place for this.

Side note: whoever came up with clips instead of screws to hold a dash in needs to he shot

Since you are at it and doing small details.... I also removed the two white and yellow stickers above the latch in your picture. They tell you to inflate your tires and to wear your seat belt. Don't need those eyesores when I am cruising without my doors!

I checked out their site and it says that the backup camera function would be retained -- did you have to talk to somebody for them to tell you that it wouldn't?

It does retain the cam for certain vehicles, the harness itself is used with several different vehicles. When you go to idatalinks site and select our vehicle (or a JL due to same connection) it will advise you that there is no current method to retain the oem camera for this specific vehicle due to the cam receiving power & sending signal back to the headunit with the same connection. Kinda sucks, bc the $3000 alpine that uses an integrated (but probably modified) maestro DOES retain the cam, which Means there is a way to do it but they’re not currently selling an adapter that works with standard maestros. if they don’t release one soon, someone will. Once more people get ahold of the alpine, it’s only a matter of time lol

Had some vinyl thrown on to break up the gg a bit. I think it still needs a little more black. Probably gonna plasti dip the grille.

There were some imperfections the installer is going to fix, but I’m diggin the overall look.

Had spray in bed liner done by Scorpian in Largo yesterday. Also added Rubicon wheels today. Shout out to Robert on this forum. Purchased the take off wheels and tires from him. Great to meet a fellow Gladiator owner and forum member.

I swapped out the Sport S wheels and tires for the JLUR’s that were on my JKU. Muuuuuch better.

The dealership told me that the wheels and the tires for the wranglers should not be installed on the gladiator because of weight ratings and classes as they do differ.

it may not be any real issue, but It’d be a nightmare if a tire popped and caused a significant wreck, because insurance could void for using improper tires/wheels for vehicle requirements.
