Installed a Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform with gutter mount RL legs. This will serve light duty work holding a Pelican cargo case that will carry bedding and clothes to allow more space while in my RTT. My freedom tops never come off, so no loss there for me.

Would you mind sharing dimensions or build instructions for that cart?

My hardtop has spent the summer flat, taking up a large port of the garage and that not going to work next year.
long sides are 60” 4x2
Shorter sides 30” 4x2
Stacks are 18” in the centre and 10” on either side. I used hollow foam tubing for the edges and an old cheap yoga mat I had lying around at home cover it.

according to the designs on the wrangler forums is supposed to have another 60 2x2 off Center in the middle but I need to check if it is for the gladiator and where to position it. Been raining the last couple of days so hard to get the roof off to test it as I don’t park my car in the garage.

Finished up my audio upgrades for now..

I put in Dynamat and polyfill and got the JBLs installed. It looks good (stock) in the end and more importantly sounds good, but if I had to complain about something the adapter plate the MB Quart kit comes with is too thin imo and the speaker doesn't seal well against it.

But I don't hear any rattling or anything else, so alls well that ends well lol.

I also swapped out all my front lights for LED. Pretty happy overall so far.

I'm surprised how effective these LED bulbs are in the halogen housings and I'm sure I'll catch shit for doing that, but nobody is flashing me and now I can see more than 50 feet in front of me. Those halogens are inexcusably terrible.

I'll probably get the Oculus heated headlights, but I just didn't feel like spending the money yet.

Looks good. What bulbs did you use for the fogs?

Hey what speakers did you use? What's the sound like? Major upgrade or? The factory non premium sound is pretty good

Yesterday, picked up some 17" rims in one location and Falken Wildpeak M/T's in another. Thanks @schanro and @AmishMike for making that possible.

Today, got tires mounted/balanced and then swapped the truck wheels. Quite a difference in look, instantly noticed the added road noise and gas range left dropped faster than before. Previously riding with Bridgestone Dueler A/T's on 18" wheels. It's a Jeep thing.

Then I drove it to the NoVaJeepers Club meeting. Pictures below.

Probably didn’t need to, but removed my Bestop Sunrider for the winter. I’m garage kept but mainly did it to keep heat in a little better.
I did the same thing today! Weather has turned and won’t turn back for 5-6 months. I love the Bestop but the cabin is quieter and warmer with the freedom panels back on. I have the Hotheads Headliners installed so it’s nice to get back to them.

Don't have the Hotheads personally but may look into that. I was debating whether to go back to freedom panels for awhile since my JT isnt even my daily driver and it's garage kept and our winters here in KY can be harsh at times but nothing in comparison to some states. But definitely agree with it being slightly quieter and a bit warmer.

I had the 7" non-premium as well. I've never liked Uconnect, especially in the lower trims so I was always intending on replacing the head unit.

I wasn't really planning on replacing the speakers, but once I put in the jl3001, while the sound wasn't terrible, I seemed to be clipping and getting distortion. It just wasn't very good overall to me.

With the Infinitys in the dash and the JBL 6x9 I can crank it up painfully loud and it still sounds clear. Overall I think it was definitely worth it.

The 6x9 I used are the JBL Club 9632. I was going to get them from Crutchfield, but they were around $30 cheaper on Amazon.

Finished the DIY bed rack, switched out the unistrut crossbars for square tube. Mounted the tent, JKS quicker disconnects, and Teraflex Leveling kit

Waiting for the paint to dry on the parts.

What thickness did you have the support and square tube as? I am looking to do something similar but wasn't sure what to start with.
