What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Took a can of black plasti-dip to those silver mustache tips on the Overland. To those that like them silver , that’s cool. My sense of aesthetics says NO! I don’t mind the grille but around the driving lites ....nope, ain’t gonna. Before & After.

looks good. I have been thinking about doing that in blue on my black overland. Was actually watching videos and such on it last night as I have never done any plastidip on a car. Any gotchas or suggestions you have now that you have done it? I ultimately want to hit the silver on the slats as well.

It's made by EAG. You can find them on eBay or Amazon. Not real expensive and they have several models to choose from with lots of options.

Thank you. Only caveat would be to razor blade or use a thin plastic trim tool to gently separate where any masking tape meets paint. It sticks well. The more coats the better for & if you decide to remove. Definitely follow the recommended cure time. I tried pushing it on time as I was losing daylight, found out that was no deal. Overall it’s good.
The texture works well with the plastic trim on the Jeep.

I washed my dirty girl! $9.00 at a self wash then $11 Kwik Trip wash, amazingly got 95% of it off. I hate hand washing!

Minor addition but dog proofed the back seat! Bench cover, door sil guards, front seat rear cover and center console cover. Dogs seem to approve!

I like those covers but I still think my two German Shedders will have my cloth interior covered in hair after the first 20ft. That link for the rear seat cover shows a hammock style. Is that the one you bought? I couldn't tell from the picture.

how does it ride?

I have the shocks set at 7 from soft and it rides pretty good, feels very planted. I haven't had a chance to mess with the settings yet or take it off road. I took the truck to the dunes this summer and the stock fox rubicon shocks were bottoming out pretty bad.
