Very cool! What size cabin? I need to build one on our property in E. Texas. I’m thinking 16x24

It's starting as 12x16 and planned 8ft deck facing forward. Phase 2 is carport off of back side, Phase 3 is maybe 16 or 24ft off back side longer. That's dependent on what happens.
I tried to stay on standard sheet sizing to cut down on complexity. Reason for being only 12ftx16ft

Good planning. My original plans was 25-26’ length but thought about staying panel length as well. I’ll put a 6-8’ porch on the long side as it will be the “front”

Good thoughts on building sizes being in sheet lengths. A good rule of thumb is to always build in 4 foot increments. Then full or half sheets is all you use, the other half sheet will be used on the other side.

@Chuck Nice looking start by the way.

Well 2 days ago I moved both my XJ's around so I can get a load(s) of gravel dropped off. Then yesterday had to do side pull to drag trailer away from side of MJ and cabin I'm building. Due to slope, mud my (loaded) trailer sliding downhill into them when backing in. I think around here we have got at least 3 or more inches of rain in last few days. Now if the company decides to deliver the rock??? I was told next week over a week ago.

Temps finally got above freezing yesterday so the road down the mountain where I live thawed enough that I could go check the mail. Spent a couple hours w/ the chainsaw clearing trees & branches, including a 30” dia red oak. Fun times.

Here are the 'small' pieces (from about 12 ft up the trunk, will have to wait until it's dry to get to the meaty parts) ?
