Do you run the extra RSE skids? If not, have you banged them up and how are they holding?

I do not. I do not wheel the JT like that. Maybe in a few years? For now, it's a daily driver and a great explorer rig. Once I've "cost realized" it over a few years, maybe it morphs into something different?

Nice we were just at White Sands and went out to Three Rivers and ran around last weekend
I was traveling through White Sands on 9-11 When first plane hit. Watched second plane hit while in a truck stop in Alamagordo.

What a creepy day that was.

The Mojave that has almost become a High Altitude Mojave. Only orange left is the tow hooks and tail gate Jeep lettering on the exterior. Still trying to decide what bumpers I am going with and what I want to do with the Jeep on the back of the tail gate.

Painted tail lights, tailgate handle, door handles, exterior mirrors and base, cowl, windshield bumpers, side vents, Mojave vent on hood, and hood latches.

The interior is still original except fo the CoverKing headliner and Armorlite flooring.

Yep, she's dirty right now, but getting ready for a two stage paint correction and then going with a Graphine coating to help try to keep her a little cleaner.

Your Snaz looks great. I don't think you need paint correction. Just clay bar and wax and call it good

well ... long story but I think the previous owner had some type of ceramic on it or whatever they used. IMO it wasn't very good job, plus there are a few hard water spots that I have tried to take out by hand to no avail. so we are going to decon wash and then clay and then break out the machine and going to get it right before I add the Graphine coating. then I'll know for sure it's about as good as it can get. long process, but it will be worth it.

snazzberry is almost like black paint. it's pretty when it's cleaned up, but it will show dirt very easy and any imprefection.

Mines white. White is a blessing and a curse when it's comes to seeing imperfections. Y'all, with colors, would be amazed at how much rail dust is in your paint every spring.

Well I’m a newbie to the group and have a 23 Freedom. I did the small stuff when I bought it in April 22 like bed mat and tonneau cover. Now I’m in the bigger stuff with AEV Salta XR wheels, 315/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires, and a AEV 2.5 DualSport RT suspension. Tires and wheels went on today as well as Mopar doors off mirrors, but lift gets installed in July. I had the opportunity to go to AEV in Wixom Mi to look at all their goodies as well as the shop/production/QC facility. I was extremely impressed and picked out my stuff. I had full intentions of installing it all myself but just asked the question… “do you install customer stuff like mine”? The answer was yes and they treat it just like their production builds for $577. Well that’s a no brainer to have them do it. Here is the day I picked it up and after todays installs. Thanks for adding me to the group!

yes sir you are correct. i usually decon wash at least once a year. personally, if i was to ever order a new vehicle I'd probably go white. I've had them before and you are correct it is a blessing and a curse.

the only reason i ended up with the Snazzberry color was, it was just too good of a deal to pass up. Guy who owned it for maybe 6 months got the big C and then he passed away. His kids didn't want it. I almost felt guilty giving them their asking price. Only 1,200 miles on her and just about every option you'd ever want. Not sure they knew what they had and it saved me for waiting on a new 23 last fall. even Daniel Gupton over at Gupton Motors said I'd been crazy to pass that deal up and if I didn't buy it, he wanted to know where it was, because he would purchase it.

Lot of planning and measuring paid off this morning, Mojave hauled it fine! Having a travel trailer at a marina with my Whaler coming down soon is heaven!……Jack

Hauled 2 loads of 2B stone from the quarry for a back yard project. Each load was 3.5 tons and even with no trailer brake controller/brakes, it did just fine. Going back for 2 more loads on Monday. Just a truck doing truck stuff.

Went hunting for firewood for next winter. Time to stockpile. Found a power line alley that was just cleared this spring. A full load of fresh oak in the bed, gives me around 3.5" of sag. So, I did offroad stuff AND truck stuff in the same trip
