Took a nice afternoon evening drive and chased the setting sun through my favorite pigpen:
Richloam WMA.

Given a hurricane had just rolled by I was surprised the water had receeded some since I was there a couple weeks ago.

Seen a few of these new cuties under the powerlines and their freshly dug out nest.

Knocked the cobwebs off the winch and did some trail maintenance.

Didn't think to record some trail clips till after the sketchy spots.

Participated in another Jeep recovery in Richloam WMA.

These guys blast through the puddles not having a clue how deep they are then they get flooded.
Jeep was out of the hole but wouldn't start.

No less than 7 vehicles showed up in the middle of nowhere to help these guys out. It's nice to know there's help around the corner if one gets stuck on the trail for whatever reason. The downside is, we made the US government look like a model of a efficiency out there today, LOL.

Regardless, we got the guys out and back on the hard pack. Followed up with another sunset drive through the forest.

We wheeled to deep creek today.
Rouse ranch (2N25) to Crab Flats (3N34) to the deep creek bridge.
It was pretty clean except for the last couple obstacles that had rocks bigger than my stock Mojave clearance. I made it through good though and planned the escape better to avoid any scrapes. The east side after the bridge was impassable for my rig. I might try that if I ever go 2” lift and 35s but there was no way today so I went back the way I went in. I have it on my go pro but haven’t edited it yet.
I did take a couple pics if the east side obstacle that I wasn’t going to try. This was a pretty good challenging day for this rookie

That’s about a 6 foot rise to the right of that boulder on the left.
I just noticed a face in the rocks just to the right of that left side boulder.

This was yesterday but finally uploaded some footage.

Tillamook state forest Oregon. Browns camp OHV Park.

Took some damage to my muffler and took some rock rash on the some wheels, few other scrapes. This is what I bought it for so more to come.

is that a broken exhaust mounting bracket?
I have a couple dents in my muffler but no break that I noticed. It would be nice if the muffler could be repositioned up higher but I assume it has to have air space to help cooling.

Yep broken mount, i have 3 big dents in 3 different locations on the exhaust now. Oh its pretty high already. I am sitting on 38s and 4.5in lift. This is the photo of me on the rock that did the damage lmao
