We were going a short distance. It was secured. We shifted it diagonal towards the passenger side when transporting.

Just in case anyone wants to know what 1 cubic yard of mulch looks like in the back of the JT. I live out in VA so we get a lot of rain, so this mulch was wet and heavy. Hauled it with zero issues and no loss of power. I ended up making 3 trips for a total of 3 cubic yards.

I thought I bought a big tree at 10ft! Good on you, I have a little tree envy now:CWL:

I didn't grab a picture with it full, but I went and got 25 bags of wood pellets today.
1,000 lbs. plus the 250 lbs. of other stuff I forgot to take out before I went to get the pellets!
Other than it sitting level and coasting like a fiend, I hardly noticed it was back there.

Hauled the canoe up to the lake for Thanksgiving. Left it there but hauled back a full load of trash removed from the lake. Our grandsons always like to remove trash from the edge when we paddle out and with the water low right now, there is plenty. Got junk from water bottles to old plastic chairs and even a tire.

Was actually a little over a week ago, but I just found this thread. Definitely noticed a small change in handling while it was all back there, but nothing crazy.

Daughter's Christmas present is an entire bedroom makeover. Hauled all the new flooring and paint today. Purple! Picked up a HVLP spray gun to make it go faster. Then grabbed the Christmas Tree on the way home. I love having a pickup truck!

1985 Honda 200S 3 wheeler, I had a similar one I bought new in 1985, guess they are somewhat collectible now, I paid about the same amount 40 years later. I probably could have closed the tailgate if I put it a little sideways but I wasn’t going far and had straps. Was able to load and unload it by myself without ramps. Tiny compared to my Honda Rancher.
