Man I like your truck man,even though I got aftermarket wheels,the stock rubi wheels just have a sweet spot in my heart,what tire specs you got ?
On my new truck I'm most likely gonna keep the stock wheels and slap a set of narrow 37's :D

Oh well, I don’t mind posting it again. Brought home a new fridge from Costco for the garage. We’ve had extended family visiting for awhile and had food stashed in the RV fridge, the small garage fridge and two ice chests. Decided to bite the bullet and get a big fridge.

Ha! Thank you for the kind words. I've finally gotten to the age when I'm living the dream.

Bought the '55 in 2011, it hadn't been registered since 1999. They I got it from bought it 6 months prior from the original 1955 owner! He'd gotten too old to drive it, wouldn't sell but the guy finally wore him down. 2nd owner got it running but it turned out to be a bigger project than he anticipated.

I got it into a shop truck look in about a year but the 283 was very tired and I disliked driving it with the straight axle and nose bleed stance. Started JUST to put IFS in it and got very carried away. Now has C4 Corvette IFS, PS, PB, AC, 6.0 LQ4 with 4l85e trans. Limited slip 8.8 Ford rearend all on a powder coated frame. 2012 Honda Milano Red paint, original Boyd's Smoothies and 235/60x17 tires. The problem is its too "phoo-phoo" now and I don't drive it anywhereI can't see it while I'm in the store or restaurant. Thanks again.

I picked up a 16 year old tranny.

Probably too much, but brought home 45 boxes of vinyl laminate flooring in the bed. The label on the pallet said "total weight 1523 lbs". About 5 miles from store to home, mostly freeway driving. I could definitely feel it back there.

Still have 50 boxes to bring home and will definitely be taking smaller loads.

5 shelf units, not very heavy but just bulky. The one on the far left side is resting on the bed rail and lashed to the others. Used 2x4s in the bed slots to raise everything to clear the wheel wells, which allowed 3 units to fit side by side. More tow straps were used, not visible.
