What do yall think my Gladiator is worth?

The overland package is a cosmetic joke! Did I like my 2020 Overland, sure, but it is certainly not a Mojave!!!

When I bought mine, the Mojave wasn’t out yet and couldn’t find a Rubicon without the red dash. I wanted a Jeep loaded with options so I added the Rubicon bits I’d use, including its suspension. I hated that floaty overland ride and it tows and hauls loads a lot better. When I lived in CO, I had a JKU Rubicon manual. I also didn’t get a manual because of the low tow rating and there aren’t trails here like in CO. I couldn’t find any LE Rubicons left on the lots (they have the same Overland dash). I didn’t know the beige leather didn’t have the red dash.

No offense, just help me understand. Just curious to the OP and others who change the tailgate.
What inspires folks to take the iconic 'JEEP' off of the tailgate and put on 'GLADIATOR'? Is it just a cool thing?

It is not cool. Like taking a BMW or Harley Davidson emblem off. Not cool.

To me, it's kinda like the 'angry eyes' grill that some put on the JK and other Jeep grills. I chuckle when I see them. It's usually a high schooler.... and that much I understand. I was young and dumb, 4 or 5 decades ago. Now I am just old and opinionated from experience. Please keep it real.

I thought about changing mine to Mojave, almost bought the kit, but it just seemed like too much. But hey it's cool we have all these options.

These are Overland stitched seats in an Overland.

Was it brand new, untitled? Had it been ordered by someone who also leather seats put in, then they didn't pick it up?

The overland dash is more "dressy" looking, the ride is great, smooth, compared to the others (only Mojave matches or beats it but it's a far far heavier truck)

Overland has the "shiny" trim on the steering wheel and other areas, leather dash insert and brake lever, etc.

Bottom line - like said - selling privately, you have to find someone who wants your mods as you have done them (a small subset of buyers) and someone with cash. If they must finance the purchase, then the bank they use will not loan them anything close to what you will want out of it. So you will be limited there, as well.

Dealers here, when you want to trade a Jeep in, they typically want the Jeep put back to stock, as it came from the factory. They won't give you squat for your add-ons, ad that's because of what people here have already said - it's a smaller set of buyers because you must find someone with the same tastes you had, and who like the same equipment you put on it.

300? Bet it was a demo.
26 is the highest I've ever seen and that is because I insisted they drive it for a while before I picked it up.

Interesting the leather seats would have been from Overland but they were the higher end seats for a while.

Sometimes they just installed what they had. A friend of mine bought a new Grand Cherokee and one seat was Overland and one was Overland Sunmit. Sounds crazy, but it happens.

I find it interesting that they would have "Overland" on the seat backs when that model was discontinued in 2024+. Just seems out of place but I can see them just using up what they had.

Based off what I’ve looked at nation wide. Under 40k is a stretch esp as an out the door cost

Mine was MSRP $51,400, Sport S no max tow, but heated seats/wheel, Adaptive Cruise Control and rear traffic warning, UCONNECT 5.0 with 911/SOS, spray in bed liner, color matching 17” alloy wheels in Chrystal Granite Metallic. Out the door with 2019 Colorado Crew Cab 4x4 WT trade was $36,400, without trade allowance that was decent, saving me the $1,570 in sales taxes.

Modified Jeeps are a tough sell sometimes, it is your vision and not the buyers. Figure whatever KBB says and "maybe" 25 cents on the dollar of what your mods are.

KBB instant cash offer is the only real number. Good advice

Sorry that you feel that you have to sell it!

You could try connecting your financial institution (or local bank) and ask them how much they would be willing to loan on your Gladiator.

Anyone looking to buy will more than likely have to finance it so this gives you an idea of what it’s lowest value will be.

Hopefully you had a good down payment or great trade in to offset the possibility of being under water financially.

It looks to be well optioned so that goes in your favor

Wow, I am retired old school and use my jeeps to haul GSD's and hit the non tourist beaches on Big Island. I picked up a 2024 Mojave X and added a matching cap for $53,000 MSRP was 68k and cap was 3k. Price on 2025 are already 10k off. Enjoy the jeep my experience is big depreciation initially then a slow down, keep maintenance up and enjoy.
