Rubicon, manual trans (so I guess that leaves me with the 3.6 engine), trailer tow group, alpine (possibly with NAV for $300 more), sunrider top only, floormats, either the steel bumpers or possibly AEV bumpers later. I'm undecided on the cold weather group. When I lived in Jersey, I just froze those times when I was caught without the doors or just too lazy to put the top up. I'm sure the heated seats would help, but $695 for a warm butt or a stocked beer fridge for a year, I'm leaning towards the beer! I'm guessing this setup will put the MSRP right at 10k over the 4dr JLUR. Then comes the 35's or 37's, winch, etc.

2019 Gladiator Overland/Rubicon?
Bright White or Sting Grey
3.6 V6 w/ 8-Speed Automatic
LED Lighting Group
Cold Weather Group
Trailer Tow Group
Electronic Infotainment Group
Steel Bumper Group (or AEV Stubby)
Remote Start
Remote Proximity Keyless Entry

It's $52,605 on a JL Wrangler so not sure what the JT Gladiator cost will bring it up to... May be unattainable.

Still not sure if there will be a Rubicon version or if the Overland version will feature the high fenders and locking differentials.

Sport or Overland depending on how build out package is. Sting-Grey, Auto, tow package, active safety, technology, and conv package. Hoping for MSRP in low 40s and purchase price before TT&L to be 38ish.

After seeing that factory rear bumper, I'll definitely take the factory option - I like it. Then add the mopar winch mount and grill guard. If it ever gets damaged then I could go aftermarket. I really like the look of the color matching hard top, just not sure I want to pay the price for that with the dual top option. When a warm day hits in the middle of winter, I want to be able to easily drive with the top off for the day. I just might spring for the front camera though!

With the reveal behind us and the full specs released we now have a better understanding of what the gladiator brings to the Jeep family.
I've been looking the differenent options and want to maximize towing but still like the all the features of the overland.
I want the max tow package for the hitch and the wide track axles with the 4.10. But I want all the infotianment Group for the apple car play and larger display.

I might just have to do a Sport just to have the Max tow package and have to add all the other packages so it will be similar to having the automatic stuff like I'm used to in my Grand Cherokees. That is if you arent required to have a specific trim level with diesel engine.

Depending on financial & reality, this is what I would attempt to do. I would probably have to sell my 86 Toyota 4runner as a down payment.

Loaded Rubi with the diesel, if I like the truck and how it drives in person. Color TBD once I see them on the lot. Plan to have parts ready to go to run 38-40" tires on delivery, given there's enough clearance in the rear to run them without cutting sheetmetal.

I just threw together a photoshop
