This is funny because I'm thinking of selling my Gladiator for a 392. My reason is because it's soo slow; honestly if I had bought a diesel Gladiator or even an auto I probably wouldn't be considering it because I love the utility of the Gladiator.
Have you tried a throttle manipulator? They are incredible.

If the v8 Wrangler was a stick, that would make it an easy decision for me.

If you don't want/need the truck functionality specifically, I would personally lean towards keeping the wrangler.

Diesel gladiator is a keeper too, they’re not making those anymore either and are pretty rare. I just picked mine up and it took a while scouring the market for one with my ideal options/trim is pretty tough and I was not 100% possible. Ordering one was also not possible due to allocations closing for 2023 and supposedly diesel engines going away for 2024. As the ICE engine goes away the 392 is going to be a collector for sure and so are the diesels but for different reasons. Gas will be priced too high to justify the ICE but diesel will be around for quite sometime for commercial reasons and will be desired. Don’t underestimate the value of a simple engine vs what’s coming down the road with the complexity of plug-in hybrids and eventually all electric. As much as I love the 392 I prefer the 2-prong approach of having the versatility of a light-duty-daily truck and a whenever-I-can sports car (911T w/MT). Tough decision, good luck!

Yes Corvette. She is looking for something more comfortable, with more room, with probably a few more bells and whistles. She's looked at a Yukon Denali, and Grand Wagoneer. Now, after typing that "practical" was probably not the best word to describe what she is wanting. She came from a loaded Tahoe, and wants to go back to something like that.
That new 2024 GX has my wife wanting to swap hers in for the new model. It’s pretty sharp and GX can make it if it needs to. Got to be prepared for the end my brother. C8 is nice until the collapse ;-) Then you gonna wish you had one of the Jeeps either way. So keep both.

Never did update, we decided to keep both Jeeps. The C8 was sent packing, and replaced with an Escalade. The 392 isn’t a C8 but it’s loud and offers some get up and go. So far feel good about the move….
