When removing the panels and using the provided storage bag, where do you carry them? My salesperson indicated that it is set up to be placed in the rear seat area but could not show me how. It's very bulky. I know we have a bed on the JT but would not want to be concerned about theft.

I’m not sure where you’d put them in the rear seat area and in the bag. You could fit it in the bag back there, but it would take up like the whole back seat and I don’t know if even one person could still ride back there. I put them in the truck bed and it takes up a lot of real estate back there. I have a bed cover though...

I agree with this and do the same.

The bag is indeed intended to be placed just behind the front seats and the two small loops at the top of the bag are intended for straps to go around each of the driver and passenger headrests to hold in place..... where these straps are located I have no idea....I just throw them in the bag and then in bed for transport.

I think you're confusing our bag with the JL bag. That bag has straps to go around the back seat headrests. IiRC.

I usually leave them in the garage but have also used the bag and put them behind the front seats.

I put them in the bed with a moving blanket separating them

Might have to come up with some sort of box to lock them when in the bed.

As a lady they can get real bulky and clunky to put in the back seat but if I raise the seat up I can easily put them on the floor. But I just put a dog bed in my truck bed for cushion and a cargo stabilizer bar to secure it from sliding forward in case I slam on my brakes. I do have a locked bed cover.

In the bag, in the bed. I have RhinoLiner so no sliding. Also have a soft roll up tonneau and as long as tailgate is locked, the tonneau can't be opened.
