If I had to put on a spacer that moved the bumper out, how would the skid plate bolts line back up with the frame? Is there enough play?

it took me 6-7 hrs to install it the first time, when I get home I’ll grab a picture of the extra piece I have as well. Maybe somebody can tell me what it’s for, might explain the issues I had.

Did peoples kit come with the plastic trim piece that goes onto the front of the bumper? I had to buy it seperate.

Does anybody have the part number for the new trim pieces that are on top of the 2025 bumper?

Hello all,

I have a ‘22 gladiator rubicon with the front still number from the factory that can take a winch; I see the newer models are offered now from the factory with them.
Can anyone tell me what parts exactly are needed to get to get the winch properly installed onto my truck, meaning the additional items like the specific plates that allow for the cable to go through, and also where could I get them all as a package all together?
Here are some other factory winch option parts you would want to consider if your going for that setup, Note that some trimming of the bumper and bezel is required.

thanks for those links. Wish i would have got them when I grab the fair lead from you. Btw the kit doesn’t include the nuts needed just the bolts?
Do you have the part number/link for the nuts needed to install the fairlead bolts?

Hey Benny,

Just an fyi. The new 2024 steel bumper that came with factory winch installed is different than the past steel bumpers. The rope opening is taller on the new one therefore the mopar fairlead wont fit on the older bumpers without some major trimming.

I liked the mopar fairlead because it has a raised lip on the back that recessed inside the rope opening, preventing lateral movements, plus the hook holder. So i bought one but it didn't worked out. Didn't wanted to trims 1/4" thick winch plate and bumper.

Hi,
Are you looking for the 2024+ Factory option setup or the mopar accessory option? The winch specs appear to be identical Zeon 8-S With 8000-Lb. Capacity

Any upcoming sales or coupon codes we could use on the fairlead? Just can't convince myself to spend the extra $20 to ship it here, lol.
