NW Indy so maybe Zionsville area?
I'm in NW Brownsburg, so not too far from you. I had my hands full on I70 going to and from Dayton last night. Got home at 1 am. I didn't take any pics.

I did take one today, probably at the only fully cleared parking lot in Indy, at my workplace. Our folks do a helluva job clearing snow. I'll get a better one tomorrow, I'm sure.

Someone said we got 11 inches but I'd say more like 8 where I live. People tend to exaggerate.

I live in SoCal.
We got nothin.
Not even in the mountains.
They say the snow looks fun until you have to live in it.

**allegedly** North GA is to get 3-5 Friday into Saturday. Half an inch is enough to shut the city down for 2 days, so if this holds true it should be an interesting weekend. Love seeing everyone else’s snow pics!

Hopefully that isn’t going to cause them to shut down the Traverse, I will be running it with a group this weekend.

That proves my point, one building has the roof collapse and it makes the news. How many buildings lost roofs or were a total loss during (insert hurricane)?

Also, that building was put up in 1977 and in another country with different building codes. We have codes here for roof snow loading. Even in the mountain regions with much higher snowfall (6" is just a moderate-size storm to us), our flat-roof buildings don't fall down.

In Las Vegas, if the snow starts to stick and accumulates they will shut things down.

Lol calm down. You can have your safer snow and sleighs and hot chocolate half the year. I don't mind. I'll take no snow and my chances with hurricanes, thanks. ;)

We got a few inches in Northern VA but if you didn't get out in it early they had it plowed off most of the roads. I swear they must allocate one plow truck per household around here. The plow trucks are so thick on the roads there are often four or more following each other one after the other, all plowing a thin layer of dust off the roads (because that is all that's left). That and all the chemicals they use. They turned a beautiful white winter wonderland into a brown slushy ugly mess before morning was over. Disappointing.

Sadly was hoping for some snow wheeling in December but like you said we got nothing. Unless you drive all the way to Mammoth.

Ended up with 8". Nothing to write home about. So it's back to business as usual.

Don't I know it? I live in Texas. This place is run by morons. One degree below freezing and the whole state collectively loses it's shit and self destructs. 😀

So yeah, I'm pretty grateful we don't get snow.
Looked at Thursday yet?
