I wouldn't. Hell I've never even opened my rear window. I like simple anyway. I love my manual windows, manual door locks, manual seats, manual mirrors, etc.

I voted "no" because of unnecessary cost and weight. However, I've always been jealous of the 4Runner rear power window going down, so if we could have a power window go down so it's all open, I'm game.

If the whole back window went down like the Toyotas that would be pretty cool. I think some of their trucks had that as well.

I have a power rear slider on my F150 and use it frequently, when the weather is nice. This is one thing I wish Jeep would include.

How much weight do you think it would add?

And without making a whole new top, fitting new glass, reinforcing the rear of the cab and restructuring it, that isn't viable.

We're talking working with the existing equipment. Thus the power option for the sliding rear window.

I appreciate your input!

I print 2A things on my Bambu printers all the time, and anything else I want.

I'll write you guys from the camps!
You don't need to write me, I'll be in the next hooch over. :P

Naa…… I’ve had several trucks with manual sliding rear windows and I’ve NEVER opened any of them. I’m not sure what the purpose is… I mean, I open the rear windows and have all the air flow I could possibly want - aside from taking the top, doors, and freedom panels off.

The purpose is pretty simple: They tell the difference between a Good Ol' Boy and a Redneck.

A Redneck throws his empty beer cans out the window onto the road.

A Good Ol' Boy throws his empty beer cans out the back window and into the truck's bed.
