Xtreme Recon flare extensions installed. Fronts were easy. Rears required a little creativity. I used fronts on the rear, per the suggestions of @21Moja , to gain a bit more coverage. It looks OK, I guess. But, most importantly, it's legal, and I can pass inspection without swapping tires and wheels.

I don't want the risk. Just not worth it to me, when the XR flares are sub $70 . I know a lot of people who've been pulled over, and others that have to do the tire/wheel switcheroo thing with every inspection.
I've only been pulled over once in my life, when I was 16. I want to keep it that way.

MetalCloak's step/slider is pretty beefy. Plus, the wife and toddler can still climb in by themselves.

I installed the Falcon Shocks Nexus EF 2.2 Fast Adjust Steering Stabilizer. It's definitely an upgrade from stock. Since the Clayton 2.5" Overland lift and 37" tires, the steering has had noticeably more resistance. I purchased this steering stabilizer to clean that up and assist with the trucks tendency move around on the road.

I really like the soft setting around town because it really easy to turn. I've moved it to the Medium setting because the reality is that soft is too soft. Soft will be an awesome setting when wheeling.

In the medium setting it steers with about the same resistance as stock, it just feels tons better on the road. You don't feel near as much harshness from bumps and rough roads, and it doesn't fell like it's wandering as much as stock.

In the Firm setting it has significantly more resistance than stock. I'm guessing I'd only use it when I take long trips on the interstate because it's just too much resistance for my setup on a daily basis.

I am guessing that in PA with wider tires that extend more than 1" past the fenders, it varies from shop to shop.

My local shop told me that my '08 WK Overland (Hemi) would probably fail inspection because the tires were nearly 1" past the fender lips PLUS, I had a 1" spacer to prevent the tires from rubbing at full lock either way. I only had a mild 1 1/2" lift in her and 285's or 295's (can't remember now which) for tires on stock 20" GC Overland rims.

I was told that if I wanted it to pass inspection, I'd (at a minimum) have to remove the wheel spacers because they alone would cause inspection failure in PA as they're apparently illegal.

I (stoopidly) sold it before the inspection was due when I moved to Kyiv, Ukraine the summer of '18. Was planning to stay there but my moron of an older sister was trying to screw both my Dad and me with the potential familial estate so, when I came back to finish my work Visa, I discovered this and had to stay here to protect my Dad (primary reason!!!) and my own interests.

Rear doors require a bit of force to push in, but means no rattling. Front passenger is just about perfect, but one of the hinge bolts is slightly rubbing so I need to adjust. Driver door is proving to be the worst - requires very little effort to close which means it rattles in and out (the rubber stopper doesn’t really extend to offer any added pressure). Hoping with some more fine tuning I’ll get it dialed in.
