Cut a little off the exhaust. Never really liked that part of the exhaust hanging down. It didn’t change the sound much. Just a very very slight grumble when idling. Guess it lost about 10lbs too.

I went with Redline Tuning. The install was straightforward, but I’ll say that I think they included the best/most clear instructions (included pictures) that I’ve ever seen for an aftermarket accessory.

Tip for anyone that wants to install these…use a plastic trim removal tool to pop out the rubber gasket retaining tab to install the upper/hood mounted brackets. Not mentioned in the instructions, but worked for me (couldn’t get the metal piece into the hood hole and aligned otherwise).

Got my Idash gauge and Pedal Monster installed. Tried installing the Derringer. Gave up for the time being. The brown plug on the sensor on the fuel rail is position facing down. Can't get to it to release the locking tab on it. I'll try another day. I have the Pedal Monster set to "SPORT 1". This really helped out with the response of the loud pedal.

Old thread. I'm looking to switch my new mxt 275 from my TJ to my gladiator. You're post and a post on the TJ wrangler thread puts the head unit in the same place. And another poster is using velcro tape to attach the head units. Looks like this might work in my scenario. Thanks

I just got into Moab and I have a free day tomorrow before I meet up with a buddy to run Lockhart Canyon and I was looking for something not to crazy to tackle.

Would you say a stock Mojave could do Fins?

The only mods I have on my Mojave are 35s and skid plates.

I did fins but there was some scraping and hitting up the ground with the bumper and trailer hitch

Agreed with other post, front bumper may get dirty-plowing the dirt coming down steep obstacles and trailer hitch will drag some. I'm on a rubi with mopar 2inch lift and 35s had a great time. I'd say go for it.

You could do Fins in a Subaru. Give it a rip--it's a fun, scenic trail and a great way to familiarize yourself with what Moab has to offer.

Put some frame-side LCA skids on in anticipation of my trip to Moab next month. Between this and my diff skid I think I have all my low-hanging bases covered for wheeling this land yacht, but we'll see. Still somewhat worried about the fuel filter housing...
