Thanks for info. I’m hoping my lack of being close to saltwater or roads that ever get salted will help them last longer. If not, I may have to recoat them or upgrade in a year or so.

i got these aluminum ones a couple years back. only the mounts are steel and i had to re spray them. but these have been outstanding

I've had a similar experience with a Rough Country branded step- rusted after a year up here in the Midwest. Bought N-Fab Predator Pro aluminum steps next and haven't had any issues. So for us folks in the upper Midwest, aluminum is a decent alternative to the standard powder coated steel steps/running boards.

what settings are you using in your wrangler, got my wife an aawireless after the motorola ma1 i put in her gladiator started being very unreliable (the aawireless i have in my chevy has been almost flawless)
got it plugged in and finally setup after a couple tries last night, did two power cycles to make sure it worked alright (which it did), she goes to leave this morning for work and of course it completely freaks out and doesn't work at all, uconnect doesnt' recognize anything plugged in now (including her phone directly) and won't connect via bluetooth anymore
