I can’t disagree that it probably handles better. I can tell a major difference between 27 and 30psi on mine. But I can’t justify the tires failing in 20k miles at around $2,500 mounted.
Not that its chump change, but these tires for 5, I do 5 tire rotations, are $1500. I also kept my factory tires and I use them for winter, so its less impactful if I wear the middle a little more. I have put about 10-13k miles on these since I bought them just over a year ago and I don't see them needing replacement in another 10k or even close to that. I imagine Ill get 35-45k miles out of these as they are wearing now. That should be 3-5 more summers out of these on top of the 2 I already have at the very least. I run these from about March/April-Oct/Nov, depending on planned activities.

I run mine year round, and they’ll last around that as well. I also do 5 way rotations every 5k. But at high pressures, they’d be done in 25k.

Soon it will be time for me to get 37's. My understanding is that spare tire well can only accommodate 36", but many 37's are actually 36". Any recommendations in favor of particular tire models in this category? (AT, not MT)

Mickey Thomson 37x12.5x17 Baja Boss A/T fit inflated normally. It’s snug, but they fit without any modifications.

There’s a thread somewhere about what fits in the spare location and what doesn’t. For AT I’d go Mickeys or KO2s personally.

I'm running Icon Rebound Pro's and was able to fit a matching 37" Falken Wildpeak AT3 as my spare. I did have to purchase the Metal Cloak rear track bar to do so, but it fits fully inflated to 35 psi.

I am thinking of the BFG KO 37s again. I have the BFG in 315 and they work great but want the next look. Method 0 offset wheels, 2 inch Mopar lift. Things are close at full stuff with the 315s but the 37s are a little narrower and only weigh 1 pound more. I could re gear but prefer not to do that.
