I'm assuming they're only available in models that offer leather seats which means they wont be available in anything less than $55k. Hoping thats not the case but if so will be the end of my Gladi run

Sounds like extra inventory on the Jeep lots.
Rebates? Low Interest Rates? Could be a Buyers Market.
But, Not sure you get much for your trade if they can't sell new ones . . .

From article:

The SUV brand had 95 days supply in the US at the end of August, compared with 66 days at General Motors Co.’s SUV brand and an industry average of 58.
Jeep deliveries in the US fell 3% from a year ago in the second quarter, with every model down except its lowest-priced nameplate, the Jeep Compass, and its highest-volume model, the Grand Cherokee.

The economy has slowed down. The cost of living has increased. Interest rates are the highest they've been in two decades. People are maxing out their lines of credit. I think it's fairly natural for sales to decrease when the economy is uncertain, stimulus as dried up, and people are feeling it in the pocketbook. With a possible recession heading our way in 2024, some are just holding back spending.

Wondering if he ever got drunk in the woods and peed in the fire…? ??‍♂
Reminds me of the woman who said women can do anything men can. She was then asked to pee on a camp fire.

Electric seats in a vehicle with removable top and doors is brilliant. Who’s first up to shock themselves??
But we have already been sitting on electricity for years, mine and many others have heated seats, and not just by friction. Lol.

I've even left my whole top off during a huge florida downpour, had to pull the plugs and all. I didn't get zapped yet!

Hey Tony, step 1 is to fix your pricing model. I understand there's a 10% discount right now, but this is why you're in this problem in the first place. I spec'd a modest Mojave (for my tastes)...

Great, so probably more EVs and less capability. All while making the vehicles more expensive

Mojave seats have always been better- more lumbar and big bolsters, cloth or leather. But yes, 4+ hours in one in a day is a back-aching affair. Power adjusting might help getting that angle right but for the love of all that is good and holy, why doesn't Jeep at least make a dead pedal standard??

Or maybe they're saving it for a $15K X Recon package on the 2025?

I have a dead pedal, jackers, and a Slammer. They don't help. Again not a Mojave

I guess there is going to be a lot of "self reflection"? or a lot of people being politely asked to vacate their jobs because ...

"a long break to focus on personal interests" - I haven't heard that one before.
"has decided to prioritize his private life" - tried and true exiting statement.
If I was paid his salary, I'd also take a long break after 3 years. I'd probably retire.

Makes me wonder if the 12-way power adjusting would negate the need for jackers and slammers on a new one since it can pitch differently... but a dead pedal is still a must have.

I'd rather risk electrocution than go on another 8 hour trip with these current seats. They are just awful. Seat jackers/slammers can't even save them

No idea why people take issues with the seats. Drive a Tacoma for a bit and these feel like a la-z-boy.

Maybe people coming from full size trucks?

The seats in my F150 are way more comfortable than the Gladiator. The lady agrees too and she never agrees with me. ?
