Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

Sorry if this has been asked/answered... but 50+ pages... ha ha

I have a 2022 JTRD, it has a mopar lift installed on it.

I have considerable rake making the front end much lower than the rear.

My question is, do you offer a spring that will make up for this, I would like to level it out.

My fear is... I haven't installed my winch/winch plate yet and I'm guessing it will add to the issue.

I was looking at the : COR-1510355
Jeep Gladiator 3.5" DIESEL Front Coil Springs 2020+ JT

Will these springs lift up the front end enough to level out the jeep in conjunction with the Mopar lift ? Or would it be to much and maybe the 2.5" is a better option ?

Would it require any other modifications ?

Picture is Clayton diesel 3.5" springs up front and Synergy 3" rears.
This picture on 39" KM3's since sold now 38" Trail Graplers..
Removed the rear seat and installed complete seat Goose Gear delete so that raised the rear a little. Sits maybe 1/2" high in the rear.

They are from Rock Hard 4x4.

Yes, they work perfectly for steps. I am retired military, disabled and having a step that functions as a no compromise rock rail was a must. I did a lot of research before choosing the Rock Hard 4x4... and I haven't looked back, they are perfect for me.

Hey Michael,

Nice looking truck! All of our springs are designed with steel bumpers and an after-market winch already taken into consideration, so nothing to worry about there. If you have the Mopar kit you are probably sitting around 2" of lift in the rear and would need our 2" spring to level out the front.

I would definitely recommend taking a look at our leveling kit which comes with a few extra parts the Mopar kit doesn't include, like adjustable front uppers to adjust the caster better, and an adjustable front track bar to center that front axle.

If you're just looking for a spring replacement, click on the "bill of materials" tab down by the description, and just click on the springs!

Are those the XL/Long mudflaps? Also nice looking truck, I think this made my decision to go with the Rockhard angled down sliders.

Hey!

All of our arms and track bars receive a special zinc coating during powder coating to help prevent rust and corrosion, but unfortunately, there's nothing you can do to prevent it completely in areas where winters are heavy or a lot of salt/liquid calcium is used on the roads. Another big thing is of course taking the Jeep on the beach, as the salt and sand eat away at the powder coating very quickly.

That definitely is more rust than we typically see on our components, even here in Connecticut where we do get snowy winters we're not really seeing that level of rust unless the kit is extremely old. It's possible if you get really bad winters in your area and a lot of chemicals are used on the road that applying your own rust inhibitor solution could be beneficial.
