Just gave it wash! Had been several months since the last wash. Lots of snow and rain in between.

Looks like it skipped leg day.

tldr: 3" in front, 2" in rear.

Took the wife along for the shake-down run and she noticed the improvement instantly. The wallow of the OEM Fox shocks is history. Got up to 82 w/o any issues.

Icon 2.5" Stage 3 (springs, shocks, sway bar links, rear sway bar relocation brackets, and LCAs.

The good: It took me about 7 hours, using all hand tools (my garage is full of s**t for the basement when it gets done later this month). I used a scissor jack to lower the rear axle to put in the rear springs; it was much easier. Removing the rear calipers is a good trick (someone here mentioned it).

I also kept warm moving around, but also wearing some Costco Gerry fleece-lined 4-way stretch hiking pants. I gotta get me some more of those.

I did a pre-emptive headlight adjustment. 6mm hex socket and 2 turns *counter clockwise* made a decent change. When it's dark I'll do it more official-like.

The bad: The instructions are about 85% helpful. The instructions are for individual components (shocks, springs, links, LCAs), so the whole kit & kaboodle process can get messed up and it cost me some time. Also, when swapping the springs, it's "let the axle down enough to get the spring out, then just put the new spring in." Nevermind the new spring is four-f**king-inches taller and you need to let the axles down even further.

Lost one tool - a POS torque wrench from Harbor Freight. Halfway through torquing the wheels the ratchet mechanism broke.

After this, my AMZN garage/tool list got about $1000 more expensive. I'm missing a few key items that would have made this job easier with hand tools, not to mention some cordless guns.

The ugly: My garage situation. 18' 4" long Gladiator had 2" to spare up front and maybe 3" behind. With all our basement stuff in boxes still and other misc stuff strewn about, I had enough room to jack the truck up and walk along side it, but that's about it. I had to crawl through the back seat to work on the other side. I'm so f-in' tired and sore right now.

Blue tape on the fenders is my before (stock)/after (top #) measurements, taken in my garage before the test drive. I might have been on a moving blanket on the LR

got oracle taillights installed.

installed a tazer (and extension cable) i was putting this off because the consensus seemed like it was hard to reach. it was not that bad at all.

got it for the future if i change tire sized. wanted it specifically for the license plate plate light feature, which makes a huge difference reversing now.

Smart on the paint pen markings.
Yeah, makes for easy quick visual inspections between wrench on nut and bolt checks. Spend many years as a mechanic on race teams. It’s kinda ingrained in me if it doesn’t have a cotter pin it has a stripe.

Finished the Initial portion of the rear seat delete platform for the dogs. Still have to finish the cargo tie down brackets, do the sides and make the 60/40 split just like GG does..... and didnt spend over 350 dollars.... biggest cost was a new Dewalt cordless jigsaw as the old one died after 12 years
