Today dealer says they don't have the right parts!!! The same dealer who told me almost two weeks ago that they had finally received the right parts but that they couldn't get me in to do the work until yesterday. The same dealer that @JeepCares expedited delivery to... @JeepCares has been great, but my dealer seems to have no clue whatsoever. Now I'm going to go pick it up and wait again.

Some people don't feel the need to be 11 feet off the ground, and no matter what vehicle it is, it shouldn't bottom out from the factory. But I totally get where you're coming from. At this point I'd be telling the dealership I'd like a free Mopar lift!

On a side note, I added a 2.5 spacer to the front of my JTOD which I've also felt it bottom out a few times. Even with the little bump stop that gets added to the bottom with any spacer kit, going over the same bumps I don't bottom out anymore that I've noticed. 78 bucks and less than 2 hours to complete the task, and the truck looks so much better now. Just sayin

Man every gladiator I see has a lift on it. Just took my diesel sport offroading on Saturday morning and its SO MUCH smoother than the stock suspension. I love it. A lift is a must of these diesels or your riding on a hardtail front end.

I got my TSB done. It's greatly improved. Now streetable. Big Whoop. But.. could be better.
It's nowhere like the 2 gas Gladiators I drove before this diesel. They would swallow up the harshest terrain no problem.
I'm thinking about adding a spacer and hoping to improve it more and that should be close enough. No Baja use for this one.

After the service bulletin update, it was noticeably better, but not great in my opinion. I ended up having the Mopar lift installed. Much better than the service bulletin update and I wasn’t interested in a lift…

I've been waiting on my parts for the TSB and the fuel pump recall since October 2023. I have a winch to install on my 2021 Gladiator but I don't want to give the dealer a reason to say they can't do the TSB.

I have a set of the diesel Clayton springs that help fix the issue I can sell you. Those along with a 3/4 spacer eliminated my bottoming out issue. PM me if you’re interested. Can’t see why they would deny your TSB with such a minor modification.

I had a winch installed, an aftermarket bumper and leveling kit on the front. They had no problem doing the tsb for me.

It’s just new shocks right? Springs and bump stops are left unchanged? My non rubi didn’t qualify for the TSB so I fixed it in the mean time until I went with a lift. Also what I think helped too was the addition of the metalcloak durospring front bump stops.

I believe it was shocks and bump stops.

I went with a lift kit and hydraulic bump stops.

I have the Clayton front springs that raises the front up 1". I was the beta tester for them. I'll sell them for $100 plus shipping.
