Finished up doing ball joints. Metalcloak support helped me out sorting some issues.
Steering feels really light now, I think I'm going to need to tighten up the castle nuts a touch more.

What press did you use, and what size cups, etc worked the best? I’m installing those next week.

I used my astro pneumatic 7897 kit to install it. It got pretty much everything you need including a angled cup to help press in the lower since the lower one is on an angle. Mostly used the 2.5" diameter cup that was 2.75" tall.

If you don't have an angled one I've heard some people using washers go get the press sat right.

I own a medium size printing company.
Today I went and got my JTRD regeared to 4.56.

What a improvement.

These guys are GOOD. Anyone in OC or Inland Empire, you'd be foolish not to use them. Best price and they were DONE in 75 mins. Faster than a Nascar crew. lol

They replaced your gears in 75 minutes? I would be very uneasy about that.

Not my jeep per se, but something on my jeep. Woke up early and swapped out the brackets for my awning on my camper this morning before it got way too hot.

He did my F250 15 years ago, my suburban 10 years ago and several of my friends since and he's been doing it for decades. I think he did 5 just this Sat. It's impressive.
