How you liking these so far & How was the install? Been eyeing these for quite some time.
Can't say about how I like them as I've got less than 50 miles on them. They did make my steering feel lighter but I could be wrong.
Install is the same as any other ball joint but with the difference of like 2 extra steps for the upper ball joint.

This is my first go at printing with TPU and it is a PITA compared to PETG or PLA. I think the source for a lot the grief it was giving me was that the nozzle was too small. Lesson learned and will print some spares up in the future just in case.
What were you fixing by making that gasket? I have the same intake so I'm interested?

When the time comes for mine to be replaced. I'm going with these.
Same.

I'm totally a MC fan boy. Their customer service and quality are unmatched in my mind/experience

No modifications. They fit fine. I still keep a spare on both though. But I put it on top to save the space on the tongue.

Finished up doing ball joints. Metalcloak support helped me out sorting some issues.
Steering feels really light now, I think I'm going to need to tighten up the castle nuts a touch more.

I'll be the first to say that this is a solution in search of a problem. The tube and box never really mated up well enough to my liking so I had been using RTV to dress it up. Not fussing at K&N, but their mold QC for that line could use some improvement. The thread inserts stuck out and the ears where the bolts went looked half melted and weren't flat to the surface. After scraping the RTV off this last time, I decided that there has to be a better way.

I'm planning on putting the design up on Thingiverse if you are interested in printing one yourself.

100%

The tube didn't mate well with the air box on mine.

Found and installed a premium soft top local for a steal of $1000 that came off a 23 model so it has not seen any abuse really. Seemed to be much more involved than taking on and off my Bestop soft top from my Wrangler a few years ago. My 4 year old is obsessed with holding flags while they blow in the wind lol.
