4k or 50% oil life. Whichever comes first. Trans and T case every 40k. Diff, every 5 years. brake fluid every 30k. Coolant whenever is gets close to failing the dip acid test, i check every oil change.

Do you have your dealership do the transmission? I'm assuming it is an auto. The manual transmission is simple as can be, but that auto is a pain.

No i do it. Do enough autos and they are all the same. TBH my Tundra was way more of a PIA to do. Just offroading on 35s would smoke its trans fluid in less than 30k. I was doing a change every 6 months (i drive ALOT). I just did my Jeep a bout 1000 miles back and it was pretty easy albeit messy. old fluid looked good too. I only got 8 quarts back in it so theres a 1.5 quarts of old fluid i assume just always gets stuck in there that you can't drain. And I just use MOPAR branded trans fluid and filter.

Im an old school guy and do oil change and tire rotation every 3K. I know I can probably go to 5 but for the price its just to make my brain happy. Our JK doesn't get used much anymore but has had 3K oil changes since 2009 and never had an issue. Now it gets changed annually just casue we dont drive it much. Last oil change had 400 miles on it. YMMV

New 2024 Jeep…. Only 2,500 miles so far. Oil life is saying 63% ….

I’ve always changed my oil at or around 5,000 miles on all my other vehicles.. I work from home so that usually ends up being once a year. I get it done once a year regardless.

My previous truck (2016 GMC Canyon) when I was traveling more - had the oil life monitor system. It’d drive me crazy … in the colder months, I’d only have 3,000 miles and it’d be down to 3%. I’d wait until 5,000 miles minimum.

I’ll probably get it done (for the first time) next spring……

With the cam and rocker issues.

3K.

Oil's cheap, changes are easy .....

Know a woman who did the 10K, same kind of driving, same locality.

Cam gone, can't afford to fix it, she'll drive it till it dies.

With my first Gladiator, I mostly followed the oil life monitor. The first change was done at 6k miles. The next five were closer together because I had five free ones to use before they expired. It was running great when I traded it in at 4.5 years and 57k miles.

With the second Gladiator, I did the first change at 3k miles. I plan to do around 5k miles, or 50% oil life, for the rest of them.
