It's funny that I have a nearly exact same photo, different time of day. Many Floridians are not even aware of Bahia Honda Key in the Florida Keys. It really is a gem.

For me that's a 13.5 hour drive on a good day and I live in Florida. Dallas Texas is a couple hours closer to me. I do still have a keys trip planned, just need to time to do it with all the stops along the way.

Yall can’t drive on the beaches there can you? I lived around PCola for a little bit but wasn’t into off roady stuff at the time. Did spend a bit of time down on the end of the beach closer to the fort though.

Nope. No beaches for driving on down in the Keys, in fact there are very few beaches on the whole of FL where you're allowed to drive on the beach [and you have to pay for it]. This is from the Florida Times-Union:

"Driving on the beach is more common in Volusia and St. Johns counties. There are also a couple of places where you can drive on the beach in Duval and Nassau counties."

Well current analysis of oil...it doesn't matter in a 3.6. A week ago mine started singing like a fuck typewriter on bank 1 . I did another oil change, checked the filter and it was clean.

Sitting at the dealer since the 17th for diagnostics ..........supposed to hear something back today

Good luck...or time for the v8 swap. I wonder if there's any chance of getting Stellantis to pay out the warranty claim in cash if you agree to drop the warranty altogether?

I assume you're short a vehicle during the repair/replacement. Does the warranty cover or at least contribute to a loaner in the meantime?

Well the latest........noise in the bottom end ....so it's getting a long block. BUT that's a 4-6weeks back order

I'm lucky in the sense I have a floater vehicle, but Jeep is going to need to offer more since I'm ass out for at least 2 months

First oil change at 1700 mile and every 3700-4500 after that....... because I knew these motors don't like dirty oil.

I’m on engine #3.
First one made it 15k and had the cam problem.
Second one made it 10k and had coolant leaking into the cylinders but I question whether the dealer made that up to create a make work situation.
I’m at about 10k on #3 and after getting this one I decided to use it for my DD, figuring the hell with it, I’m going to drive it full time to get my money’s worth and if it tanks again so be it.
