Good thing in my area of texas it isnt required to run a front license plate even though there's alot of people with front license plate the police has never stopped us in our JT and my sisters JK and neither my moms scion XB

Better safe than sorry... I hate fix-it tickets. Also having this kinda adds a little protection from the elements, so i don't have a bunch of gunk collecting up in the winch. Spring break-up and wet months can get pretty messy around here. An added benefit-I have vet plates, and people tend to be a little more considerate when i get into accidents

My new rack I just finished building today! Thoughts, good or bad let me know what you think!? It is modular so I can take the angled rails off easily and replace them with a more typical bed rack that attaches to the light rack, so I can put a tent on in summer! (Still working on the rack for the tent... ) It is made almost entirely from scrap metal!

Correct.

The cross bars and legs are from FrontRunner. They told me 2 cross bars connected to the rails is strong enough for a 2-3 person tent, for the bigger tents they recommended 3 crossbars.

Hopefully before we use the tent heavily, I'll have a Diamondback HD to mount the crossbars to, and distribute the weight better. My wife needed the tent ready for the last week of February.

I've been looking like crazy for bed roll bars but haven't found anything I like or anything like what's in that picture. The white wheels looks great with the white truck. Not sure how they'd look with tmy red. But, I've just bought it and I've got plenty of time to figure it all out (Not that I've let that slow me down).

Thanks man,although my 15 year old self already started doing a 3D model so i can cut some brackets in my welding class to make my own dead pedal and also some rear mud flap brackets (just realized i got a bit off topic...oh well XD)

Why not just rip out the carpets? they are removable. Then they can’t get dirty.
