Just constructive since you seem on the fence. Looks great no matter what. I love the star and the Gladiator logo in the Rubicon Font - looks great.

To me with the 1941 sticker its almost too much on the front. Seems unbalanced to me with so many great things you have done up front and nothing to the rear (although you do have the star in rear as well).

I am with you. I wanted to highlight the vents cause they are there but it just seems like too much as you said.

My Rock Hard 4x4 Patriot sliders came in today.

Fantastic quality on these. The fitment is great, they're rock solid, and the powdercoating is some of the best that I've ever seen from a company straight out of the box. Despite being what they are (I wouldn't expect rock sliders to be pristine), there's not a single blemish on them.

I'll be looking forward to picking up a set of their aluminum skid plates down the road.

Getting real close to finishing the stereo upgrade. I've got the 7" head unit in my Sport S and one of my main criteria was to keep that head unit. Not long after I got the truck I added a set of the Kicker 77KICK25AB speakers. They made a noticeable, but minimal difference.

I decided to make use of some amplifiers I had sitting around the garage. I had 2 - 2 channel amps that I had tried in my Harley; an Arc Audio KS 125.2 Mini that I planned to have push the front speakers and a J&M Audio Rokker JAMP-330HC06 that I planned to have push the sound bar speakers. Then I had a Rockford Fosgate R500X1D that I planned to push a sub.

To translate between the head unit and the amps, I decided to try an AudioControl LC7i. The LC7i is an active line converter that does way more than I need right now, but it does an excellent job of converting the speaker level outputs of the stock head unit into clean, usable signal for the amplifiers. I did end up having to get a set of AudioControl AC-LGD 20s to fool the head unit into thinking it had a load. Once I added them, the system came to life and I am very impressed.

For now, below is a picture of the amps and the LC7i, before I put the back seat back in. I'll get more pictures when I get the sub installed.

Mostly finished at this point.

The sub box fits under the seat. I had to remove the storage bin that comes with the Sport. The plan is to cut the remaining section and mate it up to the sub box on the passenger side.

The sub box is bolted down to the mounts for the storage bin, reducing any chance for vibrations, but more importantly keeping it secure where it is.

Here's a shot of the sub box brand and model. I ordered mine off eBay, but they do have a website. Construction quality is decent and it fits under the seat very well.

I like this idea and was trying to hold out for retrax with explorer rails. What did this cost you? Wondering if those rails would support the Yakima outdoor RTT rack
Wasn't cheap: Tonneau was $1850, Yakima rails installed on the tonneau were $200, Yakima rack with HD bars was another $375. Weight limit is what Yakima states for their rack system so 500 static, 300 dynamic i think. It supports my OVS rooftop tent well, have 500 highway miles thus far and 1 night camping with no complaints .

Thanks! It's coming along.

I have. With the way I have the lights positioned, I can just rotate the uppermost pods on each bracket to the outside slightly, almost so they're situated diagonally, and the windshield clears them just fine. You can kind of see what I mean here (old picture):

Truthfully, I don't lower the windshield much so it's not a huge deal for me.

Maybe give her backside some TLC. Perhaps a vetical decal towards the rear of the bed. Or little Jeep stars just in front of the brake lights.
