Got my hard bed cover on. Was on the fence about soft or hard cover. Got this at a pretty decent price so ended up going this route so I can store some things without worrying too much.

JDMSpeed Got it off ebay. It has the clamps on the sides of the bed as opposed to the cable latch like some of the other brand name ones. It's locked in a sense that you can't access the latches when the tailgate is closed.

Popped the M.O.R.E Dead pedal today... not as much as a“pita” everyone claims. Took me about 20 min. It is a little awkward to install. Looks like they fixed the directions and even suggest putting masking tape to hold bracket. Super solid piece. I’m 5’9” and went with first position. Should have came from factory with the damn part. Haha

Removed the Jeep badge and Gladiator sticker on the drivers side. Sticker came off in 10 seconds with help from a hair dryer.

Badge was a nightmare. Used fishing line and some heat but the material and residue left behind took almost an hour to get off. Goo Be Gone, Tar Remover... wasn’t doing much.

Adding more heat and lots of elbow grease finally got it off. Wasn’t fun!

Installed ARB locker switches into my center dash. Cut the plastic out with a rotary tool. The switches are actually front and rear locker. They are mislabeled, i ordered new switch covers from ARB. The pump is wired to always come on for now. I will add an isolation switch in the future.

So a few days ago I put this rubberized skid tape on my door entry area and didn't like the gaps in it, so I bought a role of different rubberized tape. I like this stuff and it filled in well, should've used this from the start honestly. 2"x15' roll for insert $12 on Amazon, good deal.

Those are the Bestop ones.
I wouldn’t recommend them as they are kind of flimsy.

2. PedalMax throttle booster
3. New LED headlights and fogs
4. 2" Lift kit

Getting used to the sounds of the v6 now that it is considerably louder. I like it! Wondering if I should supercharge the thing next... Here is some video footage of the mods...
