I'm strongly considering the same half height rack plus literider roll up cover. How is the usability of the cover with the rack loaded up?

Thanks! I'll be honest, it's a PITA to roll the cover up if you plan on loading the interior of the rack, but that's ok with me. Use it more to hide my tools and get camping gear out of the weather.

Ouch! I keep an eye on the sky, and have 2 emergency parking spots while at work that I can move my JT to if hail comes. Colorado Summer hail/tornado/monsoon season is always a pain.
