Installed the American Adventure Lab Dual Arb Mount... made a mount out of 1”x5/8” aluminum bar since I don’t have the trail rail system. I think it came out pretty clean. Waiting on wire to finish the install.

That looks great !! Does that wheel hardware come off, or did you need to tape all the black bolts ? Also, what is the offset on those wheels ? Pics with the wheels mounted ?

All the little bolts. Do not come off,
I actually tried. &. It just broke off & they said they are machine pressed on. So couldn’t be fixed.
So yes they had to tape off. All em.
-18 mm. Offset.
I have not mounted yet. Few issues with lift & tires. I’ll post as soon as I do. Hopefully within 2 weeks. I’ll have. Everything on & the bartact camo covers on also.

What did you do to fill in the holes where the letters were?

Took the top off again in prep for installing the spiderweb shade. Got one in blue, it arrived today. The fedex bag it was in looked like the neighbor's doberman got hold of it and ripped a corner out but the shade bag and product itself were fine! Whew.
I draped it over the back of the truck and the blue of the shade won't be bad with the blue truck.
I hope to actually install it tomorrow. Gotta tip the windshield forward, though, according to their directions.

Easy install, you will need that little string to stretch the bungees around eye loops. Great shade, only issue I see is constantly needing to stretch the shade’s fabric to unlatch the freedom panels will loosen the fabric.

If you got the full shade like I have, make sure you pay attention to the location of the rear eye loops.

The shade fits under the hard top with no problem (rear headroom is fine) and reduces some of the summer heat when the top is on as well.

Got it installed a week or so ago on the 7th. You can't really mess up the install unless you let the front cords get pinched when setting the windshield back up. I made sure those stayed clear of the windshield attachment areas and all was fine.
The biggest issue is getting freedom panels off and back on. Luckily it wasn't too bad as I did it in a store parking lot when we got warned of the massive mega-storm that was approaching - put the panels on FAST and got the heck outta dodge - just in time, too. They got smacked with 100 miles winds up there and we battled similar winds and rain on the way home. Thank goodness I put the panels in the back before we left home that day.

There's the attachment points you mention - it would be less fun to put the cords over those spools without the short piece of cord they supply for that purpose.
In the truck with the roof on you don't even notice it's there, really.

I picked up my Firecracker Red Overland this week. Got a deal on a used truck with all the bells and whistles. I think I've seen photos of this truck at the original dealer lot in Canada here on the forum about a year ago!
