Well done! What did this cost (sans air compressor), and how long did it take you to build? I'm eager to get a 4 tire inflation system myself.

I think it was around $200 for everything, which included the $70 pump. It didn't take too long to put it together...guessing only an hour if I had did it all at once and worked on it with out distractions. The only thing I couldn't get locally was the tire chucks (bought on Amazon...Haltec H-5265)

I should say also 3 hoses may be better than just two. Two works but a bit tighter than I would really like.

I love the look of wind tint but I hate it at night so I live without.

Thanks! Night driving is definitely a concern. I will have to see how bad it is at night. It was great today in the daylight though.

I actually have that same pump. Best kept secret in the world. I need to fine a way to permanently attach it to the JT. I’ve been using it for over a decade. Gets hot. But works great.

ive heard dead pedals are a real PITA to install. How was it?

Not bad at all; didn’t have deep socket that fit so used 13mm wrench to take firewall nut off and install. That was the worst part. Fits snugly to the floor mat so to will to take off, put back on to clean.

Mounted 4 inch Rigid (360 series) lights at the corner of the windshield and hood. Mounted on cheap Amazon mounting bracket, which I'm pretty impressed with. Bracket is aluminum and comes with nice stainless hardware. Had to cut and grind down the carriage bolts that came with the Rigid lights, as they were too long and would've scratched the paint.

I put male (2 conductor) Deutsch connectors on each light's pigtail, connected them to a "Y" harness (with female Deutsch connectors), and wired to one of the Aux switches.

Goes well with the 6 inch Rigids I previously mounted on the bumper.

Nice and bright.

Stopped being lazy and finally ran some wiring to the Baja Designs reverse light kit so it kicks on with reverse. I'd only tested it at dusk and had it switched...it was good but at night, this kit is offensively bright. Likely doing something else... maybe I'll tint them a hair or 3d print some new brackets and just do KC Cyclones or something because I want more reverse light but this is just too much to be blasting at people in the parking lot.

EDIT: Swapped out the lens of one with a work/scene lens and it greatly reduces throw while more evenly illuminating what's behind out to about 50'. IMO this is how they should have come from BD and now I need to buy lenses.

I built and installed a new exhaust. I bought a thrush muffler off Amazon and a 27.5 inch extension pipe. Otherwise it was my welder and angle grinder. I think it sounds good and it is even better for the under $50 and about 5 hours of my time. If nothing else I got to practice some more welds so the time wasn't a big issue. I painted it with some high temp spray paint to give a little protection to the welds.

I recorded with the exhaust off and with the new one on but the forum doesn't like the format it was saved in as an audio file.
