6'2".How tall are you that these ended up being necessary? Im 6ft and typically get made fun of cause i sit with my seat back straight, or damn near (I know its weird)
im kind wondering of these would have any major effect on that sorta seating position or not
Did you get the $80ish set or the $100 adjustable ones?6'2".
I had zero thigh support stock. I was looking into swapping the seats for aftermarket options, but these have helped greatly.
Pretty neat. I was going to make a set of shoulder straps for mine. Not sure this really counts as having done something to my Jeep specifically, but I just couldn't walk around without a Mojave-inspired Keychain. So, I just made one.

I went with the adjustable .75- 1" version and installed them at 1" of lift.Did you get the $80ish set or the $100 adjustable ones?
Do it man! The paracord is $5, and if you have a pair of scissors, a lighter, and a few minutes for YouTube, it's pretty simple.Pretty neat. I was going to make a set of shoulder straps for mine.
Dang, wish mine would. I got the trailer tow package, so perhaps it points more towards the hitch? Either way, it's a constant beep when in reverse with it on.I believed I have the same hitch skid plate and no issues with the backup camera.....
I just used Rustoleum in the spray can. It did add more texture to the sliders, and it dries solid (not tacky, like some bed liners), so I would conclude it does provide more traction. What bedliner did you use and did you find that it aids in slip resistance when stepping up or out?
I did something similar to add some protection when the final panel rests on the rear window.I got the tri fold Mopar hard tonneau cover and life was good. Took of my Freedom panels and went to put the bag in the bed and when you lift up the last section it will come to rest on the Back window. Metal on glass gives me the jitters so I went off to Agent Orange and procured a $5 roll of rubber weather stripping and now there is a cushion to keep the metal off my rear window.
I think @KVJ was making a joke that the fob is so big it needs shoulder straps to carry it around rather than a paracord lanyard...Do it man! The paracord is $5, and if you have a pair of scissors, a lighter, and a few minutes for YouTube, it's pretty simple.
