Leveled out my Willys with a 2.5" RC spacer kit. First time DIYing any suspension stuff, was harder than the videos made it look. That said it was tons of fun to do with the wife and i'm really happy with the results. The 32" willys tire doesn't look too small either under there, which was a concern of mine. Will eventually lift to 3.5 and get 37s and a re-gear, but this will work while I pay off the last bit my trade in didn't cover (thanks used jeep prices skyrocketing!).

The nose sits up about 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch higher depending on where you measure, so I i'm debating ordering a rear spacer lift or just waiting till the end of next month when I'll have the winch and steel bumper mounted in the front and seeing how it all settles. EDIT - I went ahead and ordered the rear spacer, planning on towing and don't want to squat.

Installed a US Cargo Control 4’ L-Track rail on the front of the bed to match the sides. Again, these are not a direct fit so I had to measure, drill, and chamfer for the stainless steel bolts.

Thanks to @Garemlin I got my Willys grille shipped to me the other day and installed it this morning. So I guess my JT is a “Billys” because it’s currently a bogus Willys with the grille and wheels.

Any of the raised badging and emblems (Jeep logos, and trail rated emblem) are plasti-dipped. Super easy, my first time using and it was pretty straight forward. Long as you prep right and do light coats. I did like 5 total and took my time. The "gladiator" fender sticker under the Jeep logos since they are obviously stickers and the Overland comes with all the silver accents/stickers I just simply replaced that with a black sticker I bought online.

The grille and bumper inserts are actual Mopar replacement ones. Didnt want to plasti-dip a larger area and wanted it to look more on point. Part number for the grill replacement is 6KM36TZZAA. Got both the grill and bumper pieces from Quadratec. The grille wasn't hard but a little more time consuming due to all the pieces behind it. Theres a youtube video from Scruf's Garage - "Jeep Gladiator - Black Grille Trim Installation" I followed. Any other questions just HMU.

Did the led bulb swap with headlights and fogs

As I have a soft top I checked with @darksidedesign about getting longer grab handles for the soft top bolts , sent measurements and his headrest handles are a perfect fit, highly recommended , took the previous ones from the front and added them to the rear doors

Added the second tow hook to my Max Tow. I went the OEM route and used the Mojave insert vs. cutting. Dissembling the rear bumper is no joke but I managed to not break anything.

I also painted the hooks gator while I was in there.
