Following up from my last reply lol, sorry, your pics pissed me off for you haha

I'd take it to a legit welder, have them all cleaned up at least, and then properly coated for rust protection, make it all look as good as possible. I'd then send the bill to the original shop, that's just sh*tty work....
yeah im gonna have them weld a front axle truss on my truck in the future and im gonna be very effin strict and have them repair their shitty work on my frame and if not my hood heart from chicago will have to come out :)

Edit-fyi the work was done by Tribe 16 in north Richland hills texas

I got this on this weekend. The ball mount seems a little bouncy though. Is yours?
A little, but not enough to bother me. Plus it seems better with a landscape orientation as opposed to portrait, and that is how I keep it.

Looks great! I've got the same Arcus installed, just can't decide on a winch.... I'm ready to fill the hole ha
Yea it took me a while to decide but in the end I went with the cheaper option. I couldn't justify Warn money for the limited use I'll get out of it and the mid tier options with steel cables were too heavy. The older model X-Bull's had pretty decent reviews amd this newer model had a larger capacity with the synthetic rope...I'll be a guinea pig and try it out.

Had to remove panel on tailgate to access plug for power lock. At some point over past 2 weeks the plug popped out and I lost ability to lock and unlock tailgate with key FOB or toggles. When I opened the panel I found a detached plug. After plugging back in the power the tailgate now has power lock again.

Did you still have backup camera? I’ve been thinking about unplugging the power lock

Has anyone with a Rubicon used only the 1.0" front leveling kit? I am wondering if just the 1" would be enough. Leaving the rear stock. If so, please post pics.
I am going to install the Tera Flex 1.5" kit to help get my rake up since adding the bumper and winch. I was told the 1" is best if still running the factory bumper with no added weight.

I am thinking about adding the MOPAR steel bumper but no winch.

I finally had a little time to work on the RED dome lights/courtesy lights I've been longing for. The LED lights are extremely bright which is good as you know. I personally wanted red accent lights which are not an option when the LED's are not replaceable. I went with plan B.... I personally think turned out perfect.
3 good coats on dome
2 lighter coats on courtesy lights because they're not as bright LED's

Was the overhead assembly difficult to remove? I'm thinking about just nailpolishing mine in place.

Now that I know how how and where the clips are... easy peasy. Pull down the surrounding trim at the rear a little. Stick a long flathead screwdriver into the 2 metal sections of clips holding the dome light up. Pull down simultaneously and you'll figure it out. It's all pretty forgiving so I don't think you'll damage anything.

I really like this look. I have some gun metal gray vinyl left from wrapping my tacoma. I thought about doing this. Abs the the fender vent gills. A retro AMC badge would look cool too.
