Not sure if this fits into the “What did you do TO” but had her towed to the house then to the Dealership. Wife went into Publix, came back out with a hand full of groceries, went to start the Glad, tried to depress the brake and it wouldn’t budge. Pressed the start button, nothing but clicks. Before you ask it wasn’t the battery because this is the 3rd time it’s happened and it started the other two times. We took it to the dealership the last time this happened, even though it started, to have it looked at and the couldn’t “replicate“ it. Of course not. Make matters even worse it started raining and we couldn’t get the windows to role up. The lights in the Glad started flashing and strobing. I undid all the door connections and even after that lights on the center instrument panel continued to pulse. I detached the negative battery terminal to see if that would stop all the ”disco” lighting and to no avail. The last weird thing going on was the continuous clicking coming from the fuse box. I’m assuming it was clicking at the same beat as the pulsing from the dash but never was sure. Guess the aux battery helped to keep them going. TSB has been replaced, steering shaft has been replaced and now this in just 2 years. Just disappointed in a vehicle we pre-ordered in April 2019 with much excitement, received it a long 6 months later and then the issues. Sad.

That's a terrible experience, sorry that happened to you! I had a Mercedes a lot of years ago, which had electrical issues and something was wrong all the time. We joked it was the "Octoberfest Quota Car". It was in the shop 13 times in 18 months. Ended up having to get a lawyer to get out of it.

I did a quick google for "clicking from the fuse box", and this link sounded interesting and similar to what you've described: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-...-run-start-relay-clicking-344806/#post4337864

Probably not the same thing, but thought I'd share... maybe it will help!

Got Line-X installed in the bed on Wednesday. I almost wonder if a bed mat would have been the better way to go. You can get one of those for $150 - $200. The bill was over $700. It looks great, but ouch.

:headbang: Sorry you're experiencing that Bob. In reading through here, it seems the Launch Editions have had the early-build electrical issues. At least what it appears from the outside. Hopefully things get squared away :fist bump:

Other than the driveshaft recall, mine has been fine. Super frustrating for anyone experiencing issues though.

What bike rack do you have? Looking for something to carry 2 ebikes.
I've got a RockyMounts Monorail. Supposedly rated up to 60lb/tray and I've been pretty happy with it. I don't love how much it flexes on rough rough roads getting to a mtb trail, but it seems to be holding up so far.

NIce skids. Where did you get those? I looked at their site and seems made in Israel. I don't want to pay that shipping. Any US suppliers?

I am not award of any US suppliers. Mine arrived in 8 days via DHL. I compared several other engine skids and decided the "ASFIR" has the best value. I sprayed it with black "STEEL-IT" paint and installed it without any issues.

First time welding project, made a rack mounted toolbox holder. 3D printed some cleats I found on thingiverse for a Milwaukee packout toolbox and screwed them into the bottom. The toolbox gets locked in by the cleats and can be easily removed, just need to add a padlock so no one else can =)

I really wanted a side mounted toolbox that was easily accessible, once I stumbled upon the packout system mounts I figured it would be a fun project.

This is definitely a v 1.0, I need to set the cleats slightly further back so it lines up better with the toolbox mount shell.

After doing some damage to my wife's JLU exhaust, we put full Motobilt skids into both our Jeeps. Here's their skids for my 2021 JTR. Just be aware that even thouvh their instructions say that the JTR comes with all mounting locations ready, even the JTR requires that you add three provided weld nuts for the exhaust skid, otherwise not a bad install. Borrowed a friend's motorcycle jack to make it easier to lift and maneuver the panels. Love the flat bottom with nothing to catch.

Didn't get any pictures since it's raining down here but had an AFE Rock Basher exhaust put on today. Sounds good with no drone, very quiet at cruising speeds. Heavy throttle you can hear it (if you whomp on it) but it’s not loud. Deeper rumble at idle. Pretty happy even though it was an unnecessary purchase lol
Love to hear there is no drone on this exhaust.

I've been tossing up the idea of exhaust but have a hard time justifying the $1k range for non-utility use of the modification but would love that sensory mod lol.

But you can confirm there is no drone at highway driving speeds? That was my biggest worry vs say the Corsa full exhaust with the no-drone tech built in.
