Are they lifted as well? Do they have the Mopar 2” lift already installed?Yes. 17X8 instead of 17x7.5 wheels and 35" 315/70R17C instead of 33" 285/70R17C tires

Yes. On the Wrangler order site part of the Recon package is labeled 35" suspension. Are they lifted as well? Do they have the Mopar 2” lift already installed?
I saw that. I’ve never seen it worded that way. lolYes. On the Wrangler order site part of the Recon package is labeled 35" suspension.

You sent me downs serious rabbit hole. The 23 GMC Canyon AT4X or 23 Colorado ZR2 is going to take my dough if I can’t order an Earl JTR by Jan. The GM 2.7 I4 looks to be the perfect engine for a midsize.Meanwhile while we can't get a single datum about the MY22 JT, a masked '23 ZR2 was spotted testing in the wild.
You'll be getting 7mpg when towing anything near that big.You sent me downs serious rabbit hole. The 23 GMC Canyon AT4X or 23 Colorado ZR2 is going to take my dough if I can’t order an Earl JTR by Jan. The GM 2.7 I4 looks to be the perfect engine for a midsize.
With the introduction of the 2022 Chevy Silverado, the pickup’s turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B gasoline engine now produces 420 pound-feet of torque at 1,500 rpm, a 72-pound-feet increase compared to the previous model’s 348 pound-feet. Meanwhile, horsepower remains unchanged at 310 ponies at 5,600 rpm. Tow rating on that engine goes up to 9600 lbs
For sure. I only tow around 3500 lbs max these days (panga skiff/ATV/Dirt Bikes). So anything rated at 6k should keep going down the road. You'll be getting 7mpg when towing anything near that big.
That tow rating is for that engine in a 1500 chasis, right? I’d imagine a Ram 1500 Rebel with the eco-diesel is likely similar. I called on Monday. Per FCA all 21 vehicles stay the same. 22s will not get the discountI link to what I see as the relevant language in this post: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/...et-my-ducks-in-a-row.49266/page-2#post-798841
The money quote on the TL page is: "FCA WILL BE UPDATING THEIR ELIGIBLE VEHICLES STARTING OCTOBER 1ST. CHECK WITH YOUR DEALERSHIP TO SEE IF YOUR VEHICLE WILL STILL BE COVERED BY THE FCA DISCOUNT. WE CANNOT SUPPLY SPECIFIC VEHICLE INFORMATION. MEMBERSHIPS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. "
Wow. That’s a game changer, I’m triple glad I didn’t wait out the 22’s.I called on Monday. Per FCA all 21 vehicles stay the same. 22s will not get the discount
Take it from me. I sold my '20 ZR2 Bison diesel with <8k miles due to quality issues. Three steering wheels, two infotainment systems, and the straw that broke my back was the engine burning multiple quarts of oil at a go, and GM refusing to stand behind it. I took advantage of the crazy used car market rather than get stuck under that engine (and who knows what else) when the warranty runs out. I went out of my way to sell it to a dealer (which I would NEVER do otherwise) so the buyer would be able to get an extended warranty on the thing... You're better off picking a slightly different shade of gray. The 23 GMC Canyon AT4X or 23 Colorado ZR2 is going to take my dough if I can’t order an Earl JTR by Jan.
My dad talked to the Ram dealer he ordered through (mentioned above), and they confirmed the discount is disappearing. He ordered a '22 (already out), but the dealer says they'll take care of it. Personally, I hope they do, but that seems like precisely the sort of trap dealers like to set to screw people.
