Email is way more efficient. You can send him your full build sheet from Jeep.com at your convenience and he can input and respond at his convenience. He sends list of pricing options, you tell him yes, and then he sends link for secure payment of $1,000 deposit. Can happen pretty quickly and neither of you are stuck on the phone going through list of options and pricing.

I sent an email with what I wanted to order and asked him to call or email me. He emailed back. I tried calling several times. I called his cell, his direct number, and the general office number. Could never get him. After a few short emails back and forth, I said on email I was ready to order, please call me. He replied back he would call soon, and he did call a few hours later. Then I asked my handful of questions, and I agreed to order. He said I will send a link when we hang up to pay the $1,000 deposit. He sent it almost immediately. I paid thru that link, it was quick and easy with my credit card. He sent me back a VON very quickly. It was suprisingly easy. I liked it.

This guy is selling WAY cheaper than anybody in the region. He is very busy for a reason. You gotta let him know you are a real buyer, and keep it simple.

Reached out to Daniel today after months of research and waiting for MY2022. Ready to pull the trigger on the Sport Altitude trim w/ Max Tow in Sting Gray. Hope Daniel can submit orders now.

If he’s able to complete your order with max tow please please let me know! I spoke with him yesterday and he was not able to select max tow for the sport S. He said the option was “greyed out”. If I have to step up to Sport Altitude to get max tow I will.

I got a quote from Travis at Tri-Cities (Eden, NC) who is probably as close as it gets on the east coast from what I hear. He was at 4% under invoice and that was without any finance incentives currently. A couple of weeks ago he was at 6% on the 2021s but I couldn’t get in on it in time. I caught the Jeep bug too late…

Has anyone in Cali purchased from Grupton? I understand Ca has crappy out of state vehicle registration rules. I am planning on getting two cars from Daniel but want to make sure I can register it in CA.

Again not saying that's the case here, but the email need be no more complex than "here is the configurator listing of what I want, please send me your deposit payment link."

No offense taken. I actually sent the build sheet with my options highlighted late last night and I got a response early this morning. So I guess we can file that one under ‘best practices’

This, especially when people ask about trade ins. That prolongs the negotiation/order process and as busy as Daniel is I am sure he tries to minimize the amount of time spent on each factory order.

Best tip is to know EXACTLY what you want before you email him. My first email to him had the PDF from the Jeep build site attached and I kept everything short and concise. He is VERY busy especially this past year with the increased visibility his dealership has enjoyed and they try to keep overhead low by not hiring additional sales staff.
