Ok. I’ve been having this noise on my 21 Mojave and it’s driving me crazy. I took to one dealer and they said everything on the suspension was fine. Still having the noise and I’m taking to another dealer tomorrow. This is a video of what I’m hearing mostly in the rear. Video is from someone else having issues with fox shocks on Ford.

Same issue here. I put grease on the shock shaft and it went away. I was told by fox it should go away on its own but if not to send it to them to rebuild. Thankfully I live in SD so I can drop off and pick up in person

I have my second 2021 Mojave. Both has a problem with the Fox Shocks. In both cases it was the rear shocks. the first one started this noise a 3000 miles and the second around 5000. It is definitely a manufacture design problem. I guess they think it is normal to remove your shocks and send them in every few thousand miles to have them rebuilt.

Put a little silicone grease on the shaft and cycle the suspension. If that stops the squeak, it was just dry outer dust seals.

My rear shocks are quiet, but both my front shocks make a slight 'rubbery' sounding squeak/creak when I push up & down on the front bumper. It appears to be coming from the shaft seal area. The funny thing is that I don't hear any noise from them when driving.

According to Fox, the shocks should have a complete service (oil & seals) every 50k miles for 100% street use, 10K miles for 50% street/50% off road use, and every 1000 miles for 100% off-road use.

I get these noises randomly on all 4 shocks in my Mojave. Tends to happen more when it's cold out, and doesn't always happen.

I've got the same creaking noises in the rear of my Mojave. usually hear it at a cold start when i first start driving. I've been experiencing it for the last 2 months as its been getting colder. I thought it was bushings or rubber bed/body spacers this whole time.
