Tire size has nothing to do with this issue. This is obviously a defective wheel, tire, or incompetent operators. Aftermarket wheels require thinking outside the box because of the poor quality control in manufacturing where OE wheels are usually perfect (Hub centric)and almost any monkey can mount/balance them.

Are your wheels hub or lug centric? You cant just trust a cone in the center of the wheel and balance if they aren't hub centric. Too many wheels have either the center hole or the lug hole bored off center of the outter rim where the tire centers.

I will not sell clients a wheel that is not hub centric unless it's an off road only vehicle..........It's not worth the headache since I'm married to the situation by selling them.

They replaced one of mine today. I think they may need to do two also. I still have a vibration but its not near as bad as before. I isolated it mostly with using my spare. The RR was the main culprit. The road force on the original tire was 28, the new one was 14. so something was definitely wrong with it.
On the rear mine where both 25... on the front I'm at 19.

My rear shakes... fronts seem solid. I have no idea what is considered a "good" road force" number... any insight?

They told me anything under 30. But the lower the better.

25 doesn't seem all that high for a strait axle vehicle. I't's been a long time since I operated a road force machine so I can't remember what numbers I used for sensitive vehicles vs lumber wagons.

Again, those roadforce numbers are useless if they are center coning a lug centric wheel.

It is also possible that one tire is "out of round". They should be able to see that on the balance machine.

What 37 inch tires are you using ?
On mine, they looked at them 4 times. Nothing was showing out of round or any issues with any of them.

The vibration I get is not minor. It feels like riding over the rumple strips on the edge of roads. It's very annoying when riding at 25 mph through my neighborhood or around town. By the way, mine also does it on the way back down from 30-22mph. So it does it both ways.
i have wrangler with exact same problem is there no chance it is torque converter or clutches slipping in the trans due to the diff size in tire? just feels more like trans then tire vibration

I feel mine in the steering wheel. I think it's definitely a tire issue.

I feel mine in the wheel and the rear of the truck. After 3 different attempts at balacing, I have the it get worse and better. IMO this makes it a balancing issue.

My Chevy was like that. Turned out to be a bad bearing.

I have the same issue stock ride height on 285/70/17s. It’s not a shake but more of a bouncy feeling. I do feel a shake sometimes in park or a vibration not sure if it’s common. I’ve had my jeep for about 3 weeks now
