Going through the latest Teraflex catalog. Did you know you can upgrade your Falcon 3.1s to 3.3/3.5 adjust or adapts?

I have Teraflex's ST4 kit on order. Was backordered a bit because of the extended travel kit which was the selling point for me. Luckily its just a couple weeks. So the shocks they recommend for this kit are the Falcon sp2 3.1/3.3/3.5. I'll need the 3.5"-4.5" version for this size lift and it seems they are impossible to get and the time frame 4wp gave me was 25 weeks to get them. Anybody here been able to source these recently? Any tips or help anyone can give me to get ahold of some? What I really want is the sp2 3.5 eadjust setup but I think I'd be fine with the 3.3s. Any help well appreciated thanks in advance!
I’ve had the LT 3.3 Diesel specific valving shocks on order since Mid December timeframe. Last conversation with Terraflex was that they are having issues getting specific materials/parts to manufacture. With no estimate of manufacture. I’m going to try later this week to get some type of update. Hopefully they can deliver here within the next two months.

I have been on ck stent coms with Gabie. We’d like to have it finished by overland expo west. But definitely will need done by May. As we leave for our 3 month adventure 01 August.

Sounds like you are doing the right thing just keep it up. IMO the stock Fox 2.0 IFP where pretty good they strike a good balance between on road and off road performance. They did great on some pretty hard obstacles. I wasn't loaded up for overlanding like you are but I assume the custom valving you are requesting should help there. Looking like the supply issues are easing up faster than expected in some places. Good luck I hope you are able to get something cooking that works for you.

Has anyone heard anymore on timing with Falcon's? I ordered 3.3's beginning of March and was told 3-4 months.

Just got off of the phone. There is no timeline. They don’t have the parts to make them right now.

My 3.5 eadapts showed up after only ~2 months. Was supposed to be waiting until Summer. Know its no help but stick with it. If you want a good deal on some Fox 2.0s that I ran for two weeks hit me up. They should be enough to last until your Falcons come through.

We're having a heck of a time obtaining the raw material, like the aluminum bar stock that we use to machine the parts out of combined with other material supply issues. We've got a team working with new suppliers and new potential sources to activity speed up our supply chain and lower/eliminate the ETA for Falcon products.

In the meantime, I would hit up a few of our main vendors like Northridge 4x4, Quadratec, Rebel Offroad, Desert Rat, Off Road Warehouse, or any other of our dealers big or small. We are still building and shipping our Falcon shocks, we're just a few months behind with back orders. Most of our dealers have older outstanding orders in our system for Falcon shocks, so they might have a set on hand or might be expecting a set soon.

I have a set of Falcon 3.3’s, 3.5”-4.5” lift shocks for sale. Very low miles on them. Only selling because I’m switching to a diesel and the front shocks won’t fit.

You say won’t fit? Please explain as I was under the impression that the only difference was valving between gasser and diesel shocks in the Falcon line.

The reservoir on these shocks are too long, clearance issues.
They have diesel specific front shocks with shorter reservoirs.

That’s good to know. I am waiting for my diesel specific shocks and thought it was only the valving.

Just need to rant and hope that Teraflex sees it.

I ordered the 3.1’s in July. Was initially told 4 months. Bummer, but okay. Called in November and was told I’m next up, but when calling again a few weeks later, I was told it could be another 6 months. Since then, I’ve called every month only to be told I’m next up. What? Are they really not building any shocks? If it takes them this long to build their products, how was there ever not a back order? This has been a very frustrating and confusing wait.
