I've had the same issue, just the left reverse staying on all the time. Discovered this when I was stuck in traffic at night and apparently blinding the car behind me. It's not an all the time issue, but now that I'm aware of it I have seen it happen now on a couple occasions. I'll reseat the connector to see if that helps.

Also I still time to time get the turn signal out msg even after doing the correct steps with my Tazer. If it does happen, usually after a couple minutes it I guess "resets" and isn't an issue again.

All of these problems with their product really justifies reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Oracle is basically lying and ripping off their customers which is substandard product and perhaps hitting them with appropriate BBB complaints might make a difference.
Highly likely you need to update your Tazer. I've talked to a couple people experiencing this who needed to do so.

If you have a Tazr installed and you hit your unlock 3 times your left reverse light will come on. You have to lock it to clear it.

Why on earth deal with the issues related with Oracle taillights? So many previous posts suggest poor customer service, molds that don't fit well in relation to the body sheet metal, the additional cost of resistors (not to mention the scanners) and the games to maybe make them operate correctly.

Perhaps waiting for a product that has been properly researched and developed from a different company is the better bet. With the hundreds of quality aftermarket products already available for the JT (and more each day), I am sure that some are in the design phase already.

The JT is only in the third model year. It will happen.

FWIW, I had mine come in last week. Coming from halogens, I left the resistor in place and have had no issues at all.

I'm having the same problem and I have opened a case but could you explain to me why I'm responsible for shipping costs to receive a replacement? Also I was told these are back ordered till May, any idea when in May? It's getting worse by the day.

Wow. These looked very promising. I actually have a set in my ebay cart but seems more cons than pro's at this juncture in time.

Depends on what you see as cons.
Pros:
- they look nice
- they work for me

Cons:
- if you have LEDs, you need a tazer to make them work right
- if you have backup lights, you will likely need to tap them rather than use the plug and play adapter (which in my case was too short anyways).
- still question on longevity but hopefully they will stand behind their product and provide warranty if things happen to them.
