Got to test out my inflation setup yesterday.
When I first got it a long time ago I did the YouTube tweaks to my Smittybilt 2781 to swap out bigger hoses, high flow standard fittings, and I use Staun deflators. Pretty easy and worked well.
I hated the battery clamps and the locking tire inflation fitting I had was finicky.
Swapped that out yesterday to the Jaco airlock L2, which stayed on perfectly.
The Anderson plugs I added made hooking up smoother and gave me a little extra reach, since I don’t have a super long coiled line anymore.

Was it worth it? I can’t remember but I think stock it inflates my stock Falken from 18 to ~37psi in like 2:30.
After swapping out the hose and fittings it’s about 1:45. I just set a timer then shut it off.
So a little faster but not like it’s blowing them up in 30s.?

I definitely like the Staun deflators, it’s very nice to not babysit those while my kids run away in the woods.

I got some inline pressure regulators to plug in for each set of tires - 1 for front and 1 for rear (I Run the front tires 3 psi more than the rear for the diesel motor). No babysitting......

Upgraded my frontrunner cross bars to their full "basket". Then added traction boards and a rotopax to it. It is a tight fit with the tent, but seems to fit.
I have the tent flipping to the rear, over the tailgate.

Got some new shoes, Firestone Destination MT2, 255/75/17. Someone bought a new Wrangler Willys and drove it less than 200 miles before getting 35s. I was leaning towards Kenda Klever 33x10.5x17, but $900 for 5 brand new tires was too good of a deal to pass up. The speedometer is dead on with GPS. Took very little or no weight to balance.

Is that the ebay or Amazon replica front bumper? If so what skid plate are you using? Is it the one that attaches to the front bumper or does it only attach to the frame? I see you have a winch plate and wasnt sure if the skid plate got in the way?

Installed the Metal Cloak track bar. What a huge PITA!

Installation is a huge mess due to having to enlarge the axle pad so the knuckle falls in place, if not you cant put the bolt through it. I spent hours with a grinder to get it to fit. I also tried to use grade 8, 9/16 bolts and nuts. This worked ok on the frame side, but there was no way to get a wrench on the axle side, so I had to use the original hardware there.

Tomorrow I'll try it out to see if my slight wander is gone.
