Have any of you with the Mopar lift added spacers? I'm thinking of adding a 1.5 inch spacer to the front and 3/4 inch to rear. I have a 2022 sport with 37s. Has plenty of clearance but I'm adding 175lbs with bumper and winch so I wanna bring the front up but wanna keep a little rake. If any of you have added spacers to the Mopar lift I'd love to see pics. Thx!

Yeah spacers should be fine since the 2" Mopar kit uses springs for the lift

Mopar 2" (actually about 2-1/2") and Teraflex 1-1/2" spacers up front. 35" tires. No spacers in the rear.

For you who added spacers to the Mopar Lift.... every single retailer I have spoken to said spacers are not recommended.

Can anyone explain why ? What makes the Mopar lift different than any other lift using spacers ?

After the fact, have you noticed any ride difference, handling, day to day drivability ?

What about offroad/rock crawling... I think this is were the "not recommended " comes into play.

TIA

I've wheeled hard with my setup as seen above. Never once had any issues. Ride quality has been perfect and I have well over 35,000 miles with this setup.

Everything included with the Mopar kit is designed for the height provided by the springs only. If you change the height by adding spacers, now the shocks are a little too short, the arms might not give you enough caster, the sway bar links are a little too short, and the stock track bars are pulling the axles even further off center. Is it enough to matter? Probably not for most people.

But if you add spacers to a heavy rig with a Mopar lift and it gives you about the same lift as a lighter rig with the Mopar lift, all good, the components in the Mopar lift will be within their range.

Lifts with adjustable parts can easier accommodate changes like this. And it doesn't matter if you have a heavy bumper with a winch or a plastic bumper and no winch, you can adjust for those differences.

I added a .5" up front when I installed the lift kit. I have 5.4 and 5.6 degrees of caster . I added no weight to the truck I just wanted a little less rake . Many have added taller spacers and common sense will tell you if you add tall enough spacers you need to add the parts that would come with a complete lift kit equal to your total amount of lift. I also added adj front track bar when I put the lift in and a rear track bar bracket just because I am a bit fussy about some things . I used Eibach shocks for 2-4" lift in case I go taller.

EDIT: I have since removed the extended MOPAR lower control arms and added a Rancho Geo correction bracket with stock lower control arms and gained .5 degree positive caster . Drives much better on the road than before and it did not seem bad then .

I see your pic, in grass.... but on lever pavement, do you have any rake or would you consider it level ? I have the diesel, steel bumpers and will be adding a winch.... I have been looking a Clayton's diesel kit , they offer 2 different heights... but spacers would save some $$

I definitely would say it's level. I do have a combined 200 lbs hanging off the front between the bumper and winch though.
