Your truck and cap do look great! The weight of these caps are a real bonus.
What is the fork mount your using for your bike? Need to see if my E fattie will fit in the bed like that. Might have to air down the rear tire to close the tailgate....
I'm using a Rocky mount axle clamp:
https://rockymounts.com/collections/truck-mounts-adaptors/products/driveshaft-hm

I 3D printed some 2 piece brackets to hold a 2x4 right at the edge of the tailgate to maximize the amount of bed length I could use too:
https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/showcase/squatch.229/#lg=1&slide=7

Not a perfect design, but it gets the job done and is very low profile.

Thanks man! It's definitely a dream I've had since the rumor mill started way back when, It's coming together!

Agreed!! The access is amazing. Opens up so many possibilities! Crazy how tough and light the thing is too. I'm real glad I listened to Smlobx's favorable words towards Alu-Cab! (Thanks Smlobx! :like:)
you are most welcome!
I am a little jealous. We are leaving to go to the dealer in Asheville NC about noon today for a 9 am install tomorrow on a Sting Grey Rubicon.
Can’t wait!

This is why the Alu-Cab is the best IMO, Look at how OPEN that thing is! The rear corners take up very little space. So much access with still the same amount of covered cargo area as RLD, RSI.

SO OPEN!
Sounds to me like someone is "overcompensating"? A wee-bit envious perhaps? ;)

Need to take some measurements on my bike to make sure I get the right mounts. Built this E-bike fattie last winter. 2000 watt mid-drive. I'm to old to pedal very hard anymore but I can beat Lance Armstrong on this! Has a 100 mile range, more range than I have....
A bit more modern than the Penny Farthing!

FYI, put the @ symbol in front of the forum user's name, like this @smlobx , that way they get an alert that you "name dropped them". I comment on so much stuff, I just skim through my notification list for any quoted, or mentioned notifications. I too listened to @smlobx , he's used Alu-Cab on trips in Africa. That'll be more abuse than Middle Wisconsin. =)

And hopefully no testicular cancer!

That bike looks killer!, i dig the Penny Farthing too. I'll have to shoot you a pm when i get some more time to read up on how to build a fat tire e-bike. That would be awesome. Test drove an e-bike a few years back, it was so fun to have cars look at you like, "WTF are you doing in the car lane!" Then blow them out of the water to the next light. (Obviously the cars didn't know there was a race, but i still won!)

Ah nice! Fixed. Thanks!

I don't know though! They don't use the kind of crazy salt we do in the winter! ;)
(Kidding - Africa is I'm sure much worse overall lol)

Nice e-FATCAAD! That looks like a blast. Is that an aftermarket e-bike kit? It'll fit I'm sure, it just might need to be mounted at a 30-40deg angle, like my fatbike:

E components are all from Lunacycle in CA. 24A/hr 52v lithium battery, Bafang middrive, drives thru the bike gears. Reprogramed controller ups output.
Basically an electric dirt bike that you ghost pedal. 1st gear climbs like a billy goat. Top gear is scary fast when you remember your on a bicycle......juice brakes help. Dropper post and Brooks saddle. Ebikes are a blast. Pedal effort can be whatever you want. Got me back into cycling.
