Kidding.
My #2 car was a 72 T-bird 429 w 4 barrel carb run faster than I wanted to go then. But loved the gas stations.

The upload speed is amazing, crazy fast. As I do handle admin functions for a forum, I also do a lot of uploads besides the usual downloads. Try making a SQL backup and downloading it for testing or testing on my local server or whatever. Doing updates takes time.I've been a network engineer for over 30 years. I know the past issues with CGNAT, and see zero evidence of any current issues with it or Starlink. I run a VoIP service now, and used to be really pestered by double NAT and CGNAT. Works fine now.
I would buy this in a split second if I didn't already have 1Gx35M at home. I've considered it anyway because of the 150M upload, and we send a lot of stuff to our servers.
AM/8 track, factory option, 1970 Javelin SST -Haha, as a 90’s baby I’m trying here!
You probably can't. I don't even recall now if I have any port mappings any more, it has become irrelevant with today's services that do an outbound connection. So I can still run the home automation stuff remotely, because Homekit built an outbound tunnel. Cameras are the same. Security system...same, reaches out to the monitoring and I can connect inward without a port map.So if you have no public or internet outside address, how would you address port mapping like this on a home router? I have to put in the internet address of the public side and the local private address of the device on the inside............. doesn't work because of the cell double NATting.
It's not a "web server" per se. It's my DVR........... I can use it to watch recorded content, watch local TV, etc. from anywhere in the world if I could contact it remotely. Everyone who uses these things say it works perfectly - I'm the only one who can't, and it's been determined it is due to double-nat.You probably can't. Running a home web server like you are is not going to work.
This isn't a Plex server. It's a hardware DVR with 4 tuners and a 2T drive. There's an app on our TV to access it and play recordings directly, as well as apps for my tablet, phone or laptop. (or can be accessed via a browser on a PC)I've never tried to access our Plex server remotely, can't help with that one. It's supposedly active. I know that some of my friends are using home automation and related services remotely, but not sure if any are using a media server.
Ha........now that brings back some memories!Haha
I had Black Sabbath Mob Rules on 8 track. My second car had a factory 8 track in dash.
That's the 8 track player or as asked a 8 Track "cassette or pre cassette pre CD.?

Interesting things coming up about starlink - those who signed up and said they were told "by the end of 2021" are now seeing their dates pushed to mid-to-late 2022. Some are saying they are getting "2023".
I checked for our area - it's not available and won't be until mid-2022.
I'd not jump in for a beta at those costs anyway, it's too fluid.
Which one? 8 Track? It's not a waterproof thing, as they had cd players until this generation. Our JK does. I wish mine had a CD player, but honestly, not many vehicles come with them anymore. My last 2 did not have CD players either. CDs have kind of gone the way of the cassette.
??Which one? 8 Track?![]()
I have a friend who lives out in the middle of nowhere and his speeds and latency are really good. I was actually about to get it myself but fiber was installed on my street about 2 months before my invite got approved. I still might if they authorize it for mobile use. Like the idea of it as a backup and for my camper. Work has traumatized me with the amount of fiber cuts we see, lol. I don't trust fiber. The upload speed is amazing, crazy fast. (I only did network security, routers, ASAs, LAN-to-LAN (Cisco, Juniper) and so on, handled the Juniper core switch, our NCP VPN server and so on - wouldn't call myself a network engineer, really and not any 30 years for sure so I know you blow me out of the water with this. )
