Personally I'd like to see an option with a rear foglight. I'm OK with either option A or B but would like red LEDs too with a manual on/off option for the following reasons: I currently have a rear facing work light on a manual switch that I use for reverse lights when the situation requires it but the manual option also allows me to remind tailgaters that they are a bit close. I would also like to see rear fogllight capability on a manual switch - front fogs are great for extra lighting and during inclement weather (aka shitty weather) but would suggest that most people would use rear fogs only in inclement weather. That is probably more than OP Oracle is asking about so all things considered I'd prefer A to maximize the brightness... When they are ready I'll be a customer.

It seems to me that my current rear LED lights (factory) are washing out my rear view camera in reverse at night. It is grainy AF.
Will this make it better, or worse?

That’s the license plate LEDs washing out the camera.

I think it’s the licence plate light that is doing that. There have been a few threads here where people have done bulb cutoffs that seem to help.

I like A, as I'd like to have as much light output as possible. And if I'm not mistaken, the OEM taillights already have a reflective portion built into them. But either way, I'd buy either one. I love my Oracle's...

I choose B. I want the passive reflectors to stay in place.

B - reasoning mirroring many others already posted.
